« The staff you have there are brilliant. »

I’ve been coming there since 2014 and well liked about the hotel is the staff, Location and price point. However the staff is the main reason I come back . I think improvements can be made with the breakfast and maybe the Wi-Fi. The breakfast when I first came in 2014 had more of a range of things to eat. Different types of breads and eggs on offer. The housekeeping staff were awesome - anything I asked they did it with a smile. I like the additions of a the fridge and hairdryer in the room that was great. Keep it up and i will be back. « Overall satisfied , maintenance and upkeep required and uncomfotable confrontation with staff/transport. »

Room was clean , sheets and towels clean, AC working, nice to have engligh movie Channels, bathroom was fairly clean, however towels needed a good scrub and towel rail needed replacing as falling off. Was nice to find free hot water near foyer, however who be nice to also include free cold water. Pool needed a good clean, water very murky and green algae growing on tiles and surrounding area. My only major issue was the fact that we could not order a Grab or Go Car to the Hotel. There was signage at reception and worst of all I was approached by a staff member or the man from the transport desk in a slightly aggressive manner, tell me I cannot order online car, as it is illegal in bail and he can stop this if we do. After ready further about this issue in bail, I found out it is not Illegal , it is something the taxi/transport mafia has forced on the area. If I feel more comfortable, safe and the cost is less taking the ride share service, I think that the Hotel which I am staying at should not be intimidating us to choose otherwise especially if not illegal and something force by a mafia. This is why I have given 5/10 otherwise is would have been a 8/10.

The room was clean, pleasant and nicely presented, however it was very very noisy. It had an adjoining room, which resulted in hearing the next room use he bathroom, vomit and spit. I asked for another room and had the same experience. Also, the staff shout into their radios outside rooms at all hours of the day/night.

First of all your security guard had pushed my luggage very hard until it hit the check in counter. i don't think it's a proper way to handle guest's luggage. The room is fine according to its price but i think it's too noisy

« Disappointling experience that remains unresolved more than a week after my stay »

I booked for a five night stay and upon check in made full payment. I had requested a quiet room. I received a street facing room with a balcony which was very noisy. I was tired and unwell from travelling and needed a quiet space. A bad covers band played opposite the hotel until 1.30am on my first night. In the morning I checked out and requested a refund for the remaining 4 nights. No refund has occurred. nor have I had a satisfactory response from Ibis as to when it will occur.

We had a balcony room it was a bit noisy but not to bad.Balinese breakfast included 3 hot dishes,eggs were an extra 10,000 Rupiah for 2.Plenty of shops and sports bars within A minutes walk.Beach is about 5-10 minute walk,but taxies are cheap(only use bluebird taxies) All in all a great short term place to stay

Overall all good compare 2 years ago which is not accord that manage the maintenance for the building much better now. The one that still need to improve is for the breakfast which is usually in any hotel tht I stay for the breakfast all include not have to pay for omlete. For the cleanliness has improvement only the toilet that still need to pay attention, tht was so dirty inside it. Perhaps you should buy glisber for clean it Overall good.

The room I booked didn’t have a fridge which I think should be standard in any room, so I had to upgrade to a balcony room with fridge which was still under AUD 50 which is fine but if there wasn’t one available I wouldn’t have been happy! Also the towels although looked washed they were very old and discoloured! Breakfast would have been nice if it included bacon and eggs and better coffee, it’s travellers that stay there not locals, the breakfast was very indonesian, although nice not the sort of food we’re used to eating early in the morning!! But it is budget so over all quite good, good location and very nice friendly staff

« A great budget hotel »

The staff at Ibis Budget Hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Any problems that might occur, they will work until it is resolved. The management is fantastic. Adung, the manager, went above and beyond his duty to fix a hot water issue when I first arrived. Even after the issue was fixed, Adung would constantly apologize for my short time inconvenience. I will stay at this hotel in the future without even thinking. I love it here. I it felt more like a big family, than a hotel operation. Good job to everyone for making my 2 month stay EXCELLENT !!! « Clean, basic hotel »

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, our key card wasn’t working to turn on the electrics and it took the staff a very long time to sort the problem and provide us with a new key. The breakfast was minimal and didn’t have much universal breakfast food on the menu - we settled for toast and butter.
