Beds were very comfortable, we could choose the type of pillows we liked, giving the opportunity to have a great night's sleep. Staff were always friendly and helpful. All our requests were met in good time. Hotel facilities were of the highest standard and always clean.

We stayed for two weeks while my daughter recovered from shoulder surgery. Everyone we encountered gave exceptional customer service and the hotel accommodations were excellent. We appreciated having such phenomenal restaurants within the hotel and took advantage of the workout facility, salon, pool area and spa services. We were treated so well by the staff in the Gold Lounge.

Standard of guest areas and room excellent - 5 star. Standard of service in food and beverage - good except for the breakfast at Nur Restaurant where junior staff weren't able to take orders and deliver in a timely or accurate fashion. The egg station was chaos at times. The towels and flannels were never properly replaced at turn-down service or through daytime room service. We always seem to be missing something!
