As we all know the hotel is well situated and easily reachable from all over Istanbul, Some of the guys working in the structure are really friendly they deserve some nice words. Spa ladies were friendly and the time spent there was nice and pleasant, especially some of the guys at the Reception counter are really insipid! It's like they don't understand what you are asking or they don't want to understand you... The noise coming from the street is a problem of the structure, even if we were on the 32 floor still was loud during the night.

It was great expect for Very Poor Room service experience and staff in the SpA were not welcoming. Had to constantly chase for people and SpA and Pool facilities have no chance to order food. Majority of our time were hungry with no drinks or food.

I think this time I chose Fairmont Quasar Istanbul hotel is the right choice. Let's talk about the room first, the overall feeling is very modern, but it does not lose humanity. The panels of the keys are all touch screens and are easy to operate.The space of the room is very large, and the decoration is very new because of the new opening.But this time it was the hotel staff who gave me the best experience, all the staff give me the impression of being very professional and helpful and all the staff tried their best to solve my request. In particular, I would like to thank Mr.Sabuhi, he helped me a lot,not only did he patiently recommend Istanbul's scenic spots to us,but also helped me buy the tickets of the football match, In case I don't know the road to the stadium, he also marked every place on the map that needs attention. Thank you very much to every staff in the hotel, they made my trip more interesting.
