We stayed at Fairmont Quasar in Istanbul from April 17th to 22nd. The entire concierge crew was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was good. The service was excellent, especially from Baran, who was new and tried very hard to provide great service. The pool and staff were also wonderful; many thanks to Merve, who was amazing. The only issue was that the room size was a bit small. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to the metro station, providing easy access to Taksim, the Grand Bazaar, and large malls.

Everyone we encountered at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul was extremely friendly and first class. The Concierge Ali went above and beyond, even when I needed a pharmacist and had difficulty with the language barrier.

I am a platinum member of all Accor and I have not been up graded in any nights of my stayed which was over a week, we traveled with two kids and I have to ask the housekeeper for two nights to remove all alcoholic drink from the suite, and I ask to have an upgrade to my suite in any kind either two bedroom suite or adding a room next two our suite where the kids can stay however, we haven't get an upgrade. On the other hand, it was a terrible experience in regards of car park we have to use two elevators and getting out the building to park our car, whereas the vale will charge 475 Tl per each time you ask to park.

Additionally, our room price based on Euro however our guest can pay with Euro, Dollar or Turkish lira and we would like to acknowledge that additional deposit is a necessary procedure of our hotel. Also, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for our lapse in service about housekeeping.
