Fabulously comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very attentive and helpful but the location from town and other dining options worth considering. There is a free shuttle bus however departs city around 9pm which leaves very little time to see the great light show. Taxi fares varied from Az 10-20 and 35 from the airport.

Excellent hotel, we arrived early in the morning expecting to wait till afternoon to check in, reception staff were very accomodating and let us check in early. The breakfast was very good, all staff were very efficient and friendly, there was a courtesy bus into center of Baku which was really good. We went to Baku to watch F1 race, it's a fabulous city would definitely come back and would stay here again - thank you for a great holiday.

a very pleasant stay with friendly staff. Porters very helpful. Nice spa facilities. But were out of tonic water at the bar, they tried to pass me a gin & tonic with soda water! no mini bar in the room and beverages shop closed early...

Not so good,bathroom needs to have normal shower hose as every other normal place. Bar have very small food/snack selection,not to mention spicy popcorns.Never/ever have experienced something like it.No normal salty popcorns. Restaurant should have more dishes on menu.No mini bar in room...

« Very good hotel, great stuff but internet service quite below standards »

I enjoy stay at Pullman Hotel, all great people and place, the Gym is amazing. I have only a big concern as Internet service that is always below standards. As I explained with staff as they often request Internet service is quite low speed but this can be even acceptable.... but mostly of times specially at late time is so slow that cannot even open a normal site. I had to use my mobile hotspot to have internet. I was in same hotel but on different manning and we always had not problem. I will be happy to give a 10 when I will have a good internet service.

Hotel was OK overall. Bar was OK but closed too early however the barstaff were extremly friendly and helpful. The food however was awful and the room service staff and chefs were poor. The internet change during my stay was poor. The noise from the window during any slight wind was terrible and the draft from the windows was poor

I like pull man hotel very much ... but Window Blinds is dirty and poll very soon to close. .. I think better just pool open in 24 hours. . Because people go outside at midnight .. when they came back their body need pool for relaxation.. because of this my rate is 8 from 10.... and Except this every thing is veryyyyyyyyy good... I'm so happy chose pull man hotel....

The Hotel and staff are lovely, and the spa facilities very good, the food served at meal times could be better with more variety, also the length of time the food is left out needs to be monitored as there were several cases including myself of upset stomachs. other than that i have no complaits and would happily stay again.

I have used the Pullman/Kempinski for nearly 7 years. On this occasion, the mini bar was obviously not checked after the departure of the previous guest. I was subsequently charged AZN 10 for goods I had not used. An invoice was not raised for this transaction so maybe this is a fraud.

Charging city tax after paying all taxes on expedia doesn't look professional. Power sockets are not universal. This makes guests make errands for the socket Customer service needs to improve. E.g smile is artificial and when asked for power socket they say you can go out and buy anywhere. Fact is there is a shop right infront of the hotel who sells the sockets.
