I was in Torreon for a conference. The hotel was comfortable, well-appointed rooms with good water pressure and cold air conditioning, helpful and friendly staff, and good free breakfast.

My reservation was for 2 days, during this weekend, all the Credit and Debit terminals had issues at Mexico, hotel and me was not responsible for the fault, at the end of the 1st day my card was blocked, no previous notification and the reason was that I did not pay for my accommodation. It was not my fault and not hotel fault also , but if you ask for phone number, you can reach to guest in order to let them know this inconvenience.
