OK, room not a large as other IBIS hotels (eg IBIS in Aalst). Budget type of hotel and a bit pricey.

« Great apart from the windowless room. »

Great location near the Metro line, so it was easy to get downtown. Clean hotel. Nice food at the small restaurant and a friendly bar tender. Drinks were good too. Our room was supposed to be an upgraded room and was quite large but had only a skylight an no window. Also, it was not really too cool to advertise the parking price on a sign at the entrance to the parking lot as 5 Euros per night and then say it is 10 Euros on the website or in the lobby.

Terrible. I booked in December for a 3 day stay in April. My booking was confirmed by IBIS. I was travelling for 2 weeks before my visit to Brussels and did not see an email from IBIS asking for a credit card number. On my way to the Hotel at 2.15 on the day of arrival I received an email saying the boking had been cancelled. I immediately phoned the Hotel asking them to explain and to please keep my room. They said it was only available for 2 night not 3. On arrival again I asked for 3 night to no avail. I asked them to see if they could book another Hotel for the 3rd night, they said they would be didn't. I went to my room to find it had not been cleaned after the last guest. I was allocated another room. This room was cleaned but I alter found that the sheets had a heavy stain I asked again the next day if they had a room for the third night and they said yes, so I said great please change my booking to 3 nights. A little later I had a call from the reception to say the dint have a room for the 3rd night after all. I was forced to find a room myself for the third night, in a far superior Hotel in the centre of Brussels at not much more than the cost of the inferior quality IBIS. Never again!

it was great! Super close to the metro and the Erasmus university, nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. Excellent running nearby. Finally, the breakfast is AWESOME. thank you for a great stay!!

Though located a good 20 minutes by metro from the city center, the hotel was less than 5 minutes walk from the station (terminus station) and the Erasme hospital. A hypermarket, a pharmacy and a fast food dinner were within walking distance from the next to last metro station. The parking lot (front and back of the hotel) was surrounded by greenery, isolating it from the busy traffic in front. Birds' chirping was a nice way of waking up in the morning, though the hotel provided ear buds in case you're a late riser. The welcoming personnel was young and helpful. The room small, basic. I appreciated the multiple plugs in the wall, very well distributed and especially the usb plugs near the bedhead. Charging my phone while surfing the net (at a good speed) was a plus. The TV set was at a good height and position (+) to watch while lying in the big comfy bed. On TV, some news channels, but didn't need more. The bathroom needed some small touches, especially in the shower. Breakfast was served from 6:30, a fact I appreciated and offered something for everybody to start their new day. You could also eat at the hotel the other meals of the day, there was a menu. Though not on weekends, when all they could offer was a nice pizza (4 choices)

Easy to reach from the Ring around Brussels and well located near the Erasmus hospital. Good parking facilities and possibility to have dinner at quite a late time. Rooms are not very big, but everything you need is available

For 1-2 nights is ok. For one week I would chose another hotel. There is no shop around and small bottle of mineral water in the hotel is 3 euro. . Breakfast is OK but dinner...(except the pizza) . My toilet had to be repaired. Rooms are so small. Definitely not recommend to stay for longer.

Clean and convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are a little small, but clean and recently renovated , and amenities limited ; this is not a problem as the location and price are great. The staff is young , informal and helpful.
