Nicer rgan rgw average Ibis in my option, fresh new hotel, very comfortable too. Bar and cafe quite pleasant and staff friendly and helpful to tourists. Good bus connection but also walkable to town, say 10 to 15 mins

It turned out to be less centrally located than the name would suggest. Check-in took some time due to absence of front desk personnel, bar on the contrary was staffed with 4(!). Comfortable bed, nice touch with private sauna in our room. There is no fridge, coffee/tea making facility or safety deposit box in the room - items I perceive as standard equipment. Bed was comfortable and so far so good as everything is fairly new. Pre-paid booking had to be paid once again upon departure as hotel booking system had mislaid credit card data provided at time of booking. Not a very reassuring handling of sensitive data...

A fairly new property and only time will show what it is like. Positives - a variety of rooms with regard to standard and size, ours had a private sauna. Comfortable bed. All new and fresh for now. 24 h bar in the lobby. Negatives - less centrally located as the name would suggest, disorganized reception - took some time to check in due to absence of front desk personnel, pre-paid booking had to be paid upon departure due to credit card data mislaid by the hotel booking system, no fridge in the room, no safe deposit box in the room.

Rooms are too small should employ more English speaking staff have to provide a basic complimentary bottle of water . Should provide airport pick up drop facility . Not value for money . Booked two rooms for same dates on my name have call them for cancellation and refund of other room later which was done .

« Pleasant stay but some issues »

The hotel is new and nice, and the overall stay was OK, however, there were a few issues: there was an administrative error with the booking and we were given a wrong room (family room with a sofa bed instead of a 3-person room with a double bed and a single bed) and had to have a long conversation the following morning whether the breakfast was included. I personally had an problem with the pillow that was too thick for my liking. It would have been nice to have a choice of pillows. Staff were nice and quick to solve the booking issue.

« Lovely hotel, shame about the building work going on outside my window. »

Hotel staff were great, room was amazing. I was happy with most things. The building work outside was a little bit annoying but more annoying was the smoke detector directly above the bed that flashed brightly green every five seconds - not great when one is trying to sleep.

The room was comfortable though ascetic, friendly reception staff, good choice for breakfast. There were no glasses or mugs in the room, only plastic cups in a bathroom, which I think is not right. Also, there were certain noises from nearby construction works heard in the morning.

bedrooms too naked and narrow, without facilities. We missed a mini refrigarator, an elementary wardrobe, the room looked like like a room of a guest house. no comforts in the bathroom, no soaps, shampoo, conditioner, no body lotion. just toilet paper.

I was really curious how the new hotel will be and if everything works. But everything worked, very friendly staff, great breakfast and the rooms were great. In addition, the location is ideal for the city center. The only very negative point: does a cup of tea at the bar really cost 5, - €? And that in Tallinn / Estonia !!!!!!!!

« I asked why I was charged almost 100 euros more for the room for 4 nights...I paid theonths ago and the rate wiI was there it has a price guarantee to Accor and never heard back which was very Ibis and pay 2 months in advance to be ripped off. »

The hotel was nice and the service was good but I was disappointed by the way the Accor web site overcharged me by a substantial amount. This is not the way to do business with loyal customers. An advance saver rate paid 2 months in advance should be considerably cheaper than the rate on the days of stay. It would be nice if Accor delivered on its promise of guaranteed price. I should probably post all of this on social media since my concerns were never addressed by hotel management or by Accor

We found the triple room beds awkward with the adjoining step between them. Also sharp edges on the double bed. I am not sure but sometimes room had a smell which was like animals.

Overall my stay was pleasant and comfortable. Amenities that were not in room were made available upon request. A mini fridge in the room would be appreciated.
