The parking to check in is an issue and needs to be advertised more. Ie parking does not come with booking a hotel on line with parking. Great room, employees and location so did not spoil our Le Mans experience

Parking difficult for disabled guest, fire alarm at 11:30 p.m. left me stranded on the 4th floor, no coffee making in room, many breakfast items missing and no one serving obvious shortfall for some time until we found a person on reception.

Great - we arrived really late at night and were able to crash out with our six year old son who LOVED the theme of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and glad we stayed in the hotel for this as appose to popping out which we were planning to do but felt breakfast was just in budget and more relaxing to stay in the hotel. All round fantastic!

« Fantastic value hotel. »

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. Reception was very stylish and we all enjoyed a great breakfast that was included. Although we had to pay to park it was only 9 euros and was close by. A great hotel for an overnight stay.

Stayed 1 night and with 2 young children. We reserved a car parking space. One area of improvement would be to better identify the location of the car park upon arrival. We parked some distance away and checked in before moving car to parking area. Breakfast was good.

GPS brought us to the location (I'm not sure if we were given exact GPS location numbers on our email from IBIS), parked on sidewalk/driveway, easy to check in at the desk, then parked our car on-site parking which was great. Room was clean, well supplied except that we did run out of toilet paper as the rolls were very low when we arrived. Had breakfast in the morning which was nice to have and came with plenty of choices. My son has many food allergies and we GREATLY appreciated the allergens list that was available and out for viewing for us to read and make food decisions. Please continue to do this. If you've not dealt with multiple food allergies, this posting makes a hugh difference when traveling. THANK YOU, please continue. Check out was quick and easy as well. Experience was easy overall.
