Enjoyable, staff very accommodating especially the chefs/restaurant staff who went out of their way to provide dairy free food for my grandson who has a dairy intolerance. Staff working by the pool and beach worked really hard to provide sun beds for everyone, a difficult task as there appeared to be a lot more guests to sun beds

I used to stay in your hotel, and I find it pretty good: staff, service, clearance, food - are fine. But there aren't activities for children but a small pool. I think you should think about it as well as fix a net in the sea.

I would particularly like to mention the following people who have distinguished themselves by their professional competence : Excellent were Shairmaine, Veera Tracy Lynda and Joy. Very good Kamilia, Eddie, Malhesh and Adul your swinning pool team. Your Buffets were fantastic. The wellness were good, I was very sorry to do not a Chakra balance expert.You have very nice persons at the front desk. I was happy to have sessions of acqua bike.

Highly recommend this hotel. Well cared facilities, excellent and friendly / polite service. Delicious and tasty food. Only negative feedback is that in our room fibreboard shower-room vanity cabinet under hand wash bowl had strong mold growth and smell inside due to former leaking water.

The hotel was amazing, the service was over expected. Starting from the receptionist (Mohammad & Bassma) they were very collaborated. Bassma described the most important services & facilities in the hotel that we need to know. The room was super awesome since the location was directly to the beach & Atlantis, plus it was quite as we requested. In this visit I understood the importance of the Accor hotels membership, I have received a special invitation to the lounge from Sharmaine & Camilia & as expected they showed a warm hospitality & aimed to give me a priority :) Since it was weekend the restaurant was full for breakfast but eventhough Oussama (the waiter) was able to serve us quickly with a lovely smile on his face, he was very helpful taking into consideration the pressure that time.

Very clean room and very clean resort. Staff were overall nice and were supportive. In order to improve the Resort shuttle buses should be provided to go to Atlantis Resort so you can catch the metro into the city. Tour Desk should not say whats included in the water park (locker) when it is not.

We arrived at checkin and it took 15 minutes of waiting to get served! Our room was changed to a nicer room, but it had someone else’s anniversary flowers and notes prepared by the hotel. After checking out we were told we could use the Spa to change clothes. When we asked they sent us to a very small bathroom with a camera in it and it was disgustingly dirty. We expressed our unhappiness as this would be our lasting memory of this hotel. It had lollie wrappers and people’s hair all over the floor and a shower with no curtain or dry space to change without being watched by a camera. When booking the hotel on booking.com I thought I check directly with the hotel and used the provided WhatsApp link on your page. They read the message 2 days after sending it and never replied. Very poor Positives were a very comfy bed and great breakfast. Chris was very polite at checkin

« A little peace of heaven in the buzz that is Dubai! »

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff in this hotel make sure your stay is very special. Sumesh Gopal welcomed us as returning guests and the friendly atmosphere continued until we left. We had some meals in the hotel that were fabulous, treatments in the spa which were of a very high standard and could not have asked for a better service.

What a beautiful place the view is amazing. Check-in was smooth and got a seaview upgrade. We did end up paying for a palm view upgrade which was well worth it. We did this because they are building next to hotel. The food is absolutely outstanding and such a variety. The staff are brilliant especially soniya, Soliman and yassin, Nadia, amalua, and many more. This hotel is immaculate. Only negitive is it's out of the way you need to get taxi. It cost about 6pound to go to Atlantis palm. Can't wait to return
