« Fantastic Staycation »

Our staycation was awesome. They have upgraded to suite room for free of cost and when I requested for a surprise cake for our 6th wedding anniversary, they have provided with wishes at exactly 12 midnight. My family really enjoyed the stay and the pool and beach experience was really great with stunning palm view. Staffs were really professional and nice. Thanks for the great staycation and i would recommend to my friends and families.

« Dubai for 3 days at The Retreat Palm »

The accommodation at Retreat Palm was lovely, motel focus was healthy food, healthy body and mind. there were lots of support personnel available for this purpose. Whilst we did not take advantage of this aspect the accommodation on the fringe of land beyond the palm was spectacular for views towards the sea and the land! Travelling back to city for sightseeing was an extended journey as rail connection is also a decent walk (20 minute fast walk to Atlantis). We chose a cab on occasions to make the trek in easier! So much new work going on in this area, all will change rapidly so check for newest info on transport situation before making a final choice of accommodation :)

i had beautiful days To be honest may be the beds should be change to be more softer and if u add more equipment in the gym i'll be more happeier and the sand not soft ( not big problem for me ) ... the food and the clean is perfect the workers always smile ossama - yassin - joy - checkie - they're very nice people and the indian guy in the reception i forgot his name he was nice too

All staff were roundly and efficient. Kids club is great. Rooms are very nice as is the hotel itself. Breakfast was excellent and it was nice that it wasn't identical everyday but a pork section W sausages and bacon would be a welcome addition as exists in most 5 star hotels in Dubai. Only negatives are: a: The towels in the rooms are thin and cheap, not what one would expect. b. The room temperature wouldn't go below 23.6 which was a bit warm at night. c. 500 DHS deposit was a bit strange in a hotel of this class. d. Healthy theme in restaurant is welcome but you need to increase the level/quality of your cooks. An Italian night with no pork is not easy.

I booked the hotel through the help of Jordan,reservation staff from hotel. He’s very informative about the details and tried to help me for a lil surprise for my bf. Thumbs up for the effort he put and from the 3 staff who came in our room to sang a bday song and brought a complimentary cake for my bf. It was such a pleasure stay. I cannot make it without the help of Jordan. Thanks for accomodating my unending calls even he’s so busy by that time. Will definitely come back soon.

The reception was answering my calls. All the calls that I made during my stay was transferred to the front desk. My landury was brought to the room just before my departure. A day before, I called the restaurant asking for a bottle opener and an employee said that we didn't have one in the hotel. The next day, I called and a person brought one. Explain this to me please!? I thank Mr Ajmair. He was trying his best to satisfy our needs during my the second anniversary.
