It’s always nice to visit Poznan and to stay at your hotel. In overall I am satisfied with my stay. Special thanks to Mrs. Lidija and her fantastic colleagues at breakfast room who are always very attend to fulfill all my special wishes there. I made the check in online and wished to have the room in upper floor and equipped with extra pillows. Unfortunately these wishes had not been noted. Finally after asking for the pillows 3rd time my wishes were fulfilled. Thank you. The corridors on the 5th floor had a very bad smell like old air from vacuum cleaner. On Sunday I output “no clean up needed” sign to my room door before 9 a.m., but haven’t received yet the extra 100 points promised.

The room was really nice, clean, climatized. Breakfast was taste and I could choose, whatever I need. One thing I was missing, was possible to make tea/coffee in the room.

The check in process was smooth and the room was in great condition, just like the other ibis hotels. One issue that I faced was the access to the gym for ibis clients is chargeable, even though the accorhotels app showed that fitness facilities are available (and did not indicate that additional fees have to be paid). Nonetheless, the duty officer tried to resolve this discrepancy and granted me access to the gym. Arranging for late check out was also convenient. Overall, a great stay at the hotel. I'll definitely stay there again when I visit Poznan.

This Ibis looks like a modern hotel, but the details are not good. The room is huge, but the space is empty; no real wardrobe, no closet. The cover go the bed was too small, so one tend to lay directly on the mattress. The huge doors to the floor couldn't be closed quietly, so each time a neighbor went into his room it was very loud. During the last night there was also a beep sound disturbing the not so holy silence. The bathroom looked at a first glance clean, but some hair on the floor, on the toilet and in the bathtub showed that it wasn't. The shower screen was not sealed so the floor was wet after the shower. Although the towels were clean and not on the floor, they've been renewed each day. Shouldn't we at least try to save the world? The breakfast was good, but the room is a catastrophe, because visitors going to the conference center are going through the breakfast room and destroy any chance of having a good morning coffee.

The hotel was nice, and the staff on duty were excellent. The only problem I had was that they didn't allow my food delivery to the room, so I had to meet it downstairs, which takes some of the point away from a delivery service.

I would say that all my expectations were met, friendly staff, nice room, tasty breakfest. There is only one, but big minus, the shower. Almost no water, changing temperature from hot to cold accidently, gave me really hard time while showering. I will try not to stay here again. Kind regards Petr

The room is fantastic. Best night sleep I had in my 30 days trip so far. I had a small accident at the train station and the staff was so kind and helpfull (thank you Angelika you were a real angel). I had to stay at other hotels in Poznan, similar prices, and there's no comparison.
