Check in was very informative & all straightforward. I’d been informed of an upgrade as a Accor Le Club member a few days prior & was delighted. The room had everything I needed, thanks for the comfortable bed. The TV was not initially connected but attended to straightaway. I respected & was happy to follow the ‘try & save water’ policy. The only negative was the carpark. In my 3 nights stay I couldn’t park my car once as it was always full so I ended up in the Ex Services Club carpark.

Check in and Check out was quick and efficient. The room had all the facilities that you would need and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. We made use of the Ex Services Club which was easily accessible.

I’d recommend staying but rooms are small for the price. Fridge was a bit fierce and froze our fruit. Cleaning could have been thorough - eg our bin wasn’t emptied during our 3 night stay. Location excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating

Front desk staff were great. Very helpful and lovely. Couldn't be better, Rooms were huge. Ladies cleaning rooms were lovely and helpful also. Centrally located. Will definitely stay again. We visit Orange at least twice a year for kids sporting events and will book at The Mercure again.

I found our room perfect for what we needed, loved the balcony so we could have fresh air come through the room during the day. Great stay and would happily come back. Jordan and Lauren were amazing to deal with and very helpful.

I have no complaints about the hotel, accommodation, cleanliness etc. I have however been disappointed that when I rang to say I had left my phone charger in the room (late afternoon on the day I checked out) that one it had not been handed in and that the gentleman I spoke to said he would ask housekeeping in the morning. Even though they had my number I received no call. I expect this is such a common thing these days that no one seems to place any value on an item like a phone charger and it certainly is not a major drama but given that it would not be uncommon it would make no sense that anyone from housekeeping would see this a windfall. I would bet everyone of your hotels would have a box full of them. This said I would be very likely to choose to stay at the Mercure Templars Mill Motel again.

We booked at short notice, and found the short stay delightful. The bed was very comfortable and the room quite spacious. Parking was difficult because the hotel was near capacity I understand. However the alternate/overflow parking at the sévices club next door was perfectly adequate.
