Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. Staff are very welcoming and ensure our needs are attended efficiently. Rooms are clean and staff are very accommodating. Worth paying the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Nice room but called room service at 9am four times for breakfast and no answer. Received call back at 10.30 which was too late as we had to check out at 11am

I did ask for the sheets to be changed one night and this never happened. I also found the sanitary bag was not replaced every night though it was used. Room was clean and spacious

It was an amazing experience to stay at The William Inglis MGallery, on arrival your staff were extremely polite and gracious, I found my room, to be ideal in all way's and thoroughly enjoyed watching the Racehorses early in the mornings doing their trackwork on Warwick Farm Racecourse from my bedroom window The Bathroom & Bedroom had a lot of space with all the ambience of a Five (5) star hotel, my only problem's were the size of you Refrigerator and it did NOT keep my snack food and drinks very cold ~ The Aircon was a tad hard to work out how to use along with your telephone system, when I wanted to contact reception I used my mobile phone and a number of guest's I spoke to that who were also selling horses said the "Same Thing".. Your Restaurant "The Newmarket Room", was an absolute pleasure to experience, the exquisite menu was grand choice of fine dining at it's best and your head chief did not disappoint ~ The most mouth watering and tasty "Wagu Beef" I have ever had the pleasure to dine on The Restaurant staff were the most hospitable - happiest and politest employee's I have ever been attended to by, and this is a huge credit to your employment "Procedure's & Policy's" Your recreational Gym & Upper deck Swimming pool area's were an pleasure to utilize as a wind down to refresh from a long day walking and showing my 2yo, I had at the William Inglis Sales complex for the "Ready 2 Run" sale. MGallery Hotels are generally of a very high standard and trendy french style design deco. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed with views of the Warwick Farm racecourse. The staff was okay, bed was really comfortable, and room was very clean. Breakfast was okay but not great.

On the whole good although there were a couple of days where the room was not serviced and on the last night the restaurant service was very poor (slow and never offered dessert or coffee). The bar staff did not always know which wine I was ordering even though it was on the list (by the glass)

As always, my experience at you hotel was excellent. Great staff. Good rooms, though a lack of work desk makes it difficult to do business. My biggest complaint is with your TV service. For every room I have stayed in, regardless of TV channel being watched, the program signal drops out for 3 seconds every 30 to 60 seconds. It is obviously a service problem hotel wide, and hasn’t been fixed in the past months I have stayed at your hotel. Please fix it!
