At first the welcome was great which make the stay wonderful then the staff are sweet,, i liked the breakfast even though it was not as 4star standard but again the staff she made the breakfast unforgettable moment thank to her.... I cant forget to mention the beautiful Anna when i was about to check out she completed the warming welcome with her great attitude and her caring to know about the guest feedback which show how someone care for your stay and want you back at any time.... surely i will be back there once more time...

I checked in at night. Left hotel after BF and returned at around 5PM. My room was not arranged. I had to call reception to send the House Keeping guy. No guest wants to get disturbed for such things.

Everything was excellent. The staff were really helpful and always asked if everything went well. We were given an early checkin and late check out at no extra cost. The rooms were very good and comfy. Overall it was worth the stay and i have used this hotel before and again wasn't let down.

Staff are not trained well to serve customers needs, room cleaning is terrible, breakfast has very poor choices, never think of this hotel if you are coming to Sharjah, this hotel must have a rating of zero stars, managers are not disciplined and professional and they dont know anything about etiquette and politeness.

First room 1505 (first two days): water pressure in the room was very week, wasn't able to take a bath. Second room 1103 (second two days): there were no hot water on the first day. on checkout, a slippers was lost. when I reported the case, I didn't receive any positive feedback from hotel. They denied that anything was missing.

And to highlight, ibis Styles Sharjah is not responsible for any items left behind in a guest room even for Valuable Items such as money, jewelry and passports that is why a safety deposit box is placed in each room for our valued guest to use to secured such valuable items. Lack of shampoo, tissue box, tooth brush and etc. Extra charge was there for that, twho bottle of water only per day which was very less, other hotels give it for free unlimited, refrigerator not working properly, no luggage moving service, every thing is self service.
