It was good. The rooms were often cleaned and kept in good shape. The breakfast was the best! The TV had lots of channels and the location makes seeing nairobi easy. Right in the hub of the city and I enjoyed it. It was noisy due to the construction on the M Floor, club next door and also a church on sunday morning.

It was not easy to accept your business concept at beginning, having gotten used to spacious rooms, bigger beds but eventually accepted the model after changing rooms. The toilet and bathroom though still remained a challenge for the small size and little maneuvering space. The food and services were excellent. These will encourage us to come again.

I was not impressed by the customer service offered at the check-in counter. The staff member that I interacted with was not listening to my concerns and was not attentive to them. We had to have multiple rounds of the same discussion before she finally agreed to honor my rate. In addition, during previous stays there was a coupon offered for a free drink at the hotel. This was a nice touch! I inquired about the coupon and she gave me the dismissive response possible. Additionally, during multiple visits to the front counter, staff members continued to transition to helping other customers before they were finished with my requests. This was incredibly inefficient and frustrating. I'd highly recommend that Ibis train their staff members to be more attention to customer needs and offer some flexibility when it is required.

I have been to this hotel many times in the past few years. I enjoy the "European" experience in Africa. The location is great, rooms are clean and nice, roof top bar is pleasant and the food is what is to be expected from Ibis.

We got a hotel airport transfer from you & you got someone not reliable. He drop us at the parking lot of terminal A were we have to carry all.our luggage to terminal C given the limited time coz we were in a rush.
