« Airport stay »

Service was good, facilities are fine - there's a huge pool. Proximity to the airport is very good and the hotel provides free airport shuttles every hour. Only drawback for me is that the pillows (4) did not have enough variation - they were all on the overstuffed side and I couldn't find one that was comfortable for me.

Wanted a hotel close to the airport that I could still get some good rest at. Last time i stayed at a different hotel and didn't get any sleep. Your shuttle service was great and the rooms were good. Definitely would come back again and stay here.

attn bandara international hotel i would say this hotel for me is quite convenient, i dont want to stay at jakarta city, as traffic is bad there, but to stay at this hotel, i hope you can improve your food, i feel most of food for local people spicy and salt. maybe you can check other 4 or 5 stars hotel what they offer the food. and for the room cleaning, the first day i stay at 3202, it is no air dryer but the 2nd and 3rd night i stay at room 4104, it is with air dryer, and the toilet water handle is out of order, i have to open the water container and pull the lever then i can flush the water. i dont know what your room management system, do they have check list, each room should contain what facility, and do they check each item by list one by one before they clean the room. this is small tiny thing, but it will give customer different image . sorry to tell you this kinds of things, but i really hope your hotel chain can improve and make it better rgds C., chien -. taiwan, mobile +88…54

I stayed only for a short duration at the hotel and didn't use any of the services. My impression was that the hotel is reasonably old and require bit more attention. Food choices at the only restaurant is very limited and hotel was extremely quite.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, but the hotel itself is too old. The room is very dark and has a funny smell. Since the price is not very high, i'll consider the experience okay.

I read reviews about this property, some were good & some were bad. But I still decided this hotel couldn't be any worse then the airport hotel which I stayed at before. First of all from the moment I got there everyone was so nice & helpful when I got there on a later flight. I got the balcony room which was really nice. Yes at first there was a little smell to it but after the air circulated it was gone. They obviously don't leave the ac on when no one is renting them. The bed was comfortable & the room was a decent size. There was a desk & mini bar type refrigerator. I did have breakfast in the morning in my room which was very good. Also had a soda out of the mini bar & when checking out told the front desk. No issues .. morning crew was great too. The pool looked really nice with a bar area & the grounds was very tropical.I plan on staying there in December & any other time I have to be close to Jakarta airport.

I am a business traveller and have stayed at your hotel many times, given its strategic location near the airport. During the recent visits, 2 rooms that I stayed in both have maintenance issues. The 1st room had a non-functioning TV, which was replaced after my repeated requests. The 2nd room had a faulty bath tub and the bathroom door handle fell out when I turned the handle. It was fortunate that the handle did not fall on anyone's foot. The hotel should really step up on the maintenance of the place.

« Nice hotel but mosquitoes and other insects a little troublesome »

I enjoyed the greeting at the airport, shuttle and overall welcome. Room was fine but I got some mosquito bites in the night, and there was also a mini cockroach or beetle in the bathroom when I went there in the middle of the night.

« A comfortable stay close to the airport »

The hotel's central facilities (checkin, lobby, bar and restaurant) are beautifully presented, however the public areas of the wing my room was located in are tired and in need of updating to be commensurate with the rest of the hotel. The room itself was of a good standard without any issues. Service from all staff was exceptional.
