Overall, it is alright and I understand that the facility quite old. I and my family need to stay in the hotel because of the electricity black out that hit java island on August 4th, 2019.

Stay was good,. Location with airport pickup was convenient for somebody like me who has to travel to and back on daily basis to various parts of Indonesia. However, requires some major upliftment of the property as it looks very old and in some doors, windows, walls have not been painted for years. Please do this and your property shall be best in the vicinity.

For staying of early flight next day. It can stay comfortable and relax. Even near airport (only 10-15minutes by shuttle bus), not noisy and can sleep well. If have a chance, I would like to stay again.

Overall experience was good. I had a layover of 12hrs in Jakarta onward to Lombok the next day. The reception staff was helpful in assisting me. She gave me a free upgrade to a suite which i didn't expect it.

« Had issues during an overnight stay »

I was not satisfied with this hotel. At the airport alone, we did not know where to find the shuttle. No instructions were given. Then loading the luggages with other passengers was so disorganized. We were in first but our luggage was not loaded and left at the last minute when there was no more space. Then the room given was not up to standard, smelly, musty, phone not working. I jad to carry my luggage all the way back to lobby to request for a room change. Had a hard time convincing management. Had to wait long time, it was already late in the night, tired from jiurney, thirsty, hungry, mosquitos biting. Finally got a different room. Much better than the first obe. Breakfast was not that great. Chairs and floors dirty with food scraps. This hotel is giving Accor a bad name.

Sad to see the former Sheraton so run down. There were tears in the net curtains in my room and holes in the heavy curtains. Otherwise the room was comfortable and staff helpful. I assume that Accor has plans to renovate. Whole hotel needs repainting and refurbishment. Paving around the pool area is in poor condition.

I booked your room at a lower price. I understand if there might be an error at your pricing, however, if only the hotel contacted me and asking nicely to cancel my reservation, I won't complain though. When I decided to stay, I felt like their services was downgraded, is it just because I booked the wrong room rate? Once again, the fault is yours, don't blame the guests who take the advantage. One day before check in, I asked nicely to your reservation supervisor to add one more guest name, but she refused at first and insisted that I should be the one to come and check in as per reservation name. What?? I never experienced that kind of situation in any other hotel's brand. After a long debate and email replying, she is still insisted that the second guest's name cannot do the check in process. I'm extremely disappointed with your services, especially with the way your reservation supervisor talk. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

The hotel is in the good location with free shuttle riding to airport. Room service is good. The hotel is quite old with some broken furniture. Walk way from reception to room area is too quiet and easy to get lost. I cannot enter to my room with 3-4 different key cards. I was waiting almost 20 mins to get master key. I was not asked if I am a member of AccorHotels (I am) :)

The room key didn't work everyday. I had to go to lobby to renew my card everyday even my friend. I open credit card for deposite about IDR7,500,000 but they didn't deliver my laudry cloth and they asked me to pay cash first. They didn't refill minibar unless I request them to refill. Other things are good such as facilities, room service and wifi.

As Accor member I had expected service equaling the name and star rating. Rooms were at most 3 star quality, breakfast equaling it. Amenities were very poor. Barhroom was not clean. I have staied in many Accor hotels world widw but cannot comment on any of this quality.

« Convinient Transit Hotel »

We are transit in this hotel for 1 night after arrived from more than 13 hours flight from UK. We stayed for 1 night prior departure to Balikpapan. We were arrived at 11 pm and receptionist was quick in register and welcoming. Room and bed size was spacious to accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Room service at 11 pm was a bit delayed in receiving our call. Breakfast was good with various menu. The best thing is, as Accor member, we are allowed to have late check out taking into account our afternoon flight.

The room was spacious and very clean. The garden view from our room was beautiful. The hotel is 15 minutes away from Soekarno Hatta International Airport so it was very convenient for us to stay in there before catching our morning flight in the next day.
