All good for my stay, just a bit unhappy with the transfer shuttle which require a payment in pound and cannot be charged on the room, be aware that some customers may have specific agreement where the shuttle is free of charge, so if you don't have an agreement and don't have pounds in your pocket you walk! The walk from terminal was 45 minutes...

Decor and room were fantastic with everything I required stunning and extremely clean bathroom was immaculate however the amount of water that came out the shower was just awful it’s not all about the pressure but also about the amount of water that comes out over a period of time.

Dear Mr Muscroft, This is my personal review that is factual. I'm not a grumpy customer, neither a king nor a negative people. When postive feedback has to be said, I do it. As I do it when there are some bad reviews: cold welcome, standard room with 2 beds instead a normal (communicating for family purpose, not asked at all) room with queensize bed as it supposed to be during the booking process, just at the beginning of the corridor and next to the stairs doors: noisy and no intimacy because you can understand private talk of your neighbour. The staff at the bar didn't agreed to apply my 10% discount according to my Accor Business Plus card on ordered beverages as I should benefit. If I add that is the shuttle fee is incredubly high according to the short distance hotel and airport (I 've read your previous answers so I know you will reply that is a fee usually used by other hotels on the Stansted location). Hopefully, your colleagues have made my stay better far away of this really poor experience at Standed for my first night.

We found your staff friendly and extremely helpful. Our early morning call was on time. We did tell one member of staff that all the English breakfast was cold. The manager came at once, apologised profusely and offered us a completely fresh breakfast. As the bus was already waiting outside we declined but the speed, efficiency and courtesy which he extended to us was exemplary. Overall we enjoyed our stay, albeit one night and we will certainly use Stansted Novatel again.
