« Suited our needs »

We stayed over for a wedding which was taking place near by. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room suited our needs. Only complaint would be that the breakfast was far too expensive, so we opped to eat elsewhere instead.

I booked the hotel near the wrong airport. Asked to modify the reservation to a different hotel or for a different date, never got response. About 15% fee is tax, do not understand why I had to be changed for the tax, if the reservation is cancelled.

Great experience the hotel and parking were not much more than just airport parking. Lovely hotel great staff. The only thing is double Bombay gin and tonic is £16.00 but I guess they have to gain a bit of profit somewhere

Very enjoyable and although we were not catching a flight an ideal stopover before a family funeral in Colchester the next day. A little surprised I had to pay for parking when I had rented 3 rooms and ate dinner and breakfast.

Had a relaxing stay before we started our holiday. Clean rooms good food and friendly staff. To only negative point was that the amount we spent on food and drinks could not be added to the Accor loyalty program (nearly £100)

We stayed the night before a very early flight from Stansted. The shuttle from hotel runs at convenient times, but it costs £3 per person which we weren’t told about and we expected the shuttle to be free, like it is on other airports.

Much better than I expected. Friendly staff, lovely bar and very good food. The room was immaculate with a fantastic shower, comfy bed and large TV. Only negatives - no body lotion in the bathroom and a shame that the bus service isn't free. I hate having to worry about whether I have cash!
