I called the taxi via the receptionist. When I check out, the receptionist hasn't instructed the taxi driver is sitting very near the reception. Because his wearing looked a tourist, I couldn't find him and I walked three times between the road and the reception (2nd floor). I tried to ask the receptionist, but he refuse to answer because he needed to accomodate other customers.

Regularly visit this hotel. This time I stayed in an Executive Room. Although the room was large i was disappointed to find that the bathroom is overlooked by an office block. This wouldn't be a problem if there was blind over the window, however there was just a thin piece of net curtain meaning that when you switched the light on in the room/bathroom it became completely see through to anyone looking in. I opted not to have breakfast this stay due to my previous experiences with a poor selection and exceptionally busy eating area. However on a positive note the staff at reception were extremely friendly on this visit, could not fault them. I would still return to this hotel regardless of the above points as the location is convenient and the hotel is modern, well maintained and clean throughout.

We only ask the credit card you used for reservation for your own safety as much as ours. If we don't have it , policy requires a payment with another physical card. Indeed as I was present during your check in, I called supervisors to make sure payment was clear and above all, safe. Payment was finally authorized, which means the we did all we could to solve the matter and at the fastest. Once again, we do this only for safety reasons. We once again apologize about it but trust you understand our point of view. First given room was not up to standards at all due to a bad odour in the room. Was immediately offered another one so that was quickly resolved which was great! Open rooms (open baht), for me, are a big NO NO, specially when you pay at least €100 a night. Maybe something to consider. Staff are amazing and always ready to help and solve problems 10/10! Still satisfied overall seen that I’m going to continue to stay every week as planed.

Hotelroom was ok. I wanted to have a meal in the restaurant and in the menu was a symbol indicating which plates were vegetarian. However, there were non in the menu! The cook prepared me a salad, leaving out the meat/fish but not replacing it by something else (nuts/cheese/...). this plate had the same price as if it had all the ingredients.

Good location right in the heart of Charleroi. Hotel is new(er) and quite modern w/ clean rooms, bar / restaurant, and everything one would need or require from a 4 star hotel. The only negative thing for me personally is that I didn't like the mattress very much. It's a foam mattress which tends to trap heat and it's covered by a crinkly mattress pad which I assume serves as a protector, but in turn makes things even more uncomfortable. Aside from that, all was perfect. 8 / 10

It is the best Hotel in Charleroi, but breakfast was too much People and not enough places. I took miy brakfast Standing and not on a seat and table. It was not enough staff available.

The bed was comfy with clean linen, bathroom could have done with some additional cleaning. Could have done with some more tea bags in the room. The lighting could also be improved as the room was quite dark

Really pleasant hotel, ultra-modern so lacking in character. Staff very pleasant but minimal contact. Room very restful, nice beds. Drawbacks: single chair for a double occupancy room, kettle but no cups, bathroom limited by surface areas to put out toiletries and showers not easy to work with slippery fingers and no place to hold gel/shampoo etc. Breakfast was pretty good but the buffet was laid out in several different places so it was a constant search to find everything and take back to table. Overall not a disappointment but several things which are slightly irritating and easily rectified added up to make a fine new hotel whose management seem not to notice the simple matters that would elevate it to the very good category of hotel it deserves to be. Value for money is satisfactory.
