I stayed at your hotel under the reservation number GDMLCBXD. During check out, front desk told me that I had to make a payment of 196.20 EUR although I showed them a confirmation email from Accor saying there is nothing to pay - it was all prepaid. They said they would talk to Accor and let me know the outcome. They didn't get back to me since but my card is charged by your hotel for 391.74KM. Can you explain what is happening? Secondly - in room 801 wardrobe, I left my brown sweater - Marks & Spencer brand. Did the cleaners find and return it management? How can you send it to me? Regards, Bahadir U.

Staff throughout visit friendly. The deluxe room was clean, comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The pool and all the wellness services are on a high level. The hotel is also quite close to Bašćaršija. No alcohol available in the hotel.

Since Novotel took over this hotel. Hotel because very low quaity hotel and cheap hotel. Staff is friendly but there is visibble that the owners are saving money instead to offer respectfull level of service to guests.

Felt totally discriminated against.... The guests that where there were absolutely rude and made me non existent by contstantly being pushing before me or interrupting mid conversation with receptionist, which then the receptionist attend to their needs and made me wait like I was nothing. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

« Stay was ok but how come your staff don’t know points are deducted when you make the booking and then proceeded to take extra points from my account. They said they would put them back but no and they don’t answer emails. »

Ok it’s a hotel but we have the issue of loosing 80 euro of points as the check out persons didn’t know points deducted and they took extra points from my account. Second it needs to be made clear this hotel is non alcohol. Now I’m not the market, Dubai and other places seem to me are, based on my stay but frankly I expect to get beer or a wine at any hotel I stay at.

Very polite and helpful staff. Lovely, well equipped room and fabulous bathroom. Amazing breakfast with so much choice to suit all tastes. Hotel is well located - it's a nice walk along the river into the old town or there is a good tram service.

Everything was smooth. Rooms are comfortable with everythin you need for stay. Equipped with gym and swimming pool which are good for working out during a long trip. The only disappointment was that I didn’t receive any benefits as a Le Club Silver member.

There were few thnigs which made my experience not so good this time, as follows: - forgetting about my transfer from the airport. The good is that the hotel offered me another transfer free of charge; -the cleaners do not put the “Wet floor” sign on Saturday morning and i slept on the wet floor. It is good that my leg was not hurt. - on Friday morning at breakfast there were guests in towels which I find absolutely inappropriate.

VERY hospitable and helpful reception desk (especially, Mr. Mirza, Mr. Anes and Ms. Zlata), always ready to inform and accomodate. Impeccable cleanliness of rooms (hooray for the cleaning crew!). Restaurant was pleasant, overall atmosphere calm and elegant. Only minus to be given for the absence of valet parking and/or luggage ramp, from the garage to the lobby. A truly good value for money - highly reccomended!

The room and the checkin/checkout experience were both fine, your staff were very helpful and courteous. But an International Hotel with a no alcohol policy is very bizarre, i won't be staying here again when i return to Bosnia later this month.
