It was excellent stay, we really enjoyed it. The place has everything, amazing rooms, clean and joyful environment and very helpful staff. The food in the restaurants was delicious and with good quality and service. However the location is a bit far from everywhere in Dubai

Hello dear Rixos the palm Dubai team, First of all I would like to say that i love the hotel of Rixos. We've already visited Rixos bab al bahr and ofcourse we'loving to stay in Rixos in Kazakhstan: Nur-sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and Borovoe. Last my visit was to Rixos the palm Dubai! I've stayed in Rixos the palm Dubai from 20th till 28th of August. Room number 1322. I was with my family, my wife, son and daughter. So, yesterday when we've started to prepare clothes for leaving. We've understood that we've lost 2 stuff: Jacket and Apple Air pods. As we identified it to prior our check out and transfer already came,​ we cannot to inform about jacket, but informed about air pods. So, here are dates, when we've lost our stuff: - 22 of August we've been in Sea restaurant. Their i've forgot my jacket. Brand Zara. Black color. - 26 of August my wife lost in a room (if exactly in a bed) her white color Apple air pods, the devise of air pod had pink cover. I will be very thankful if you will find my stuff and will response with a good news. We are planning to visit Rixos the palm Dubai in winter period. The place is great, staff are all very friendly and helpful, UAI is fantastic. The only area for improvement is the cleanliness of the room, where hairs can be found on sofa and bed, and there's a smell on the sofa and the bed sheet, can see lots of mold on the tile on the wall in the bathroom.

« A good time »

Enjoyed a short break at Rixos the palm recently. Recognizing I arrived early, the check in process could have been much better. My suite was great. Restaurant was good. Pool and beach areas great. I didn't feel the hotel had all of the hall marks of a 5 star property. Lack of attention to detail. Recognizing the UAE is a melting pot of different cultures, perhaps greater attention should be paid to soft skill and communication training for team members in order for miscommunications to be minimised.

After travelling to Dubai 2/3 times a year for 19 years my observations are as follows Very poor levels of service in hotel, the dining area is very disorganised there seemed no management leadership. Dirty, cramped pool area with little or no service from pool bar staff. Rooms in need of thorough clean and refurb. Noise every night from Sissha bar. On the only positive note the children’s team and facilities were very good!! In summary we paid 5 star price but received 3 star standard!

Lovely hotel and staff. The excursions man was very rude and unhelpful. The food was nice. Poolside staff were amazing. We really had a fantastic time. Small misunderstandings with birthday arrangements, which were rectified to my satisfaction. The coffee shop staff are also very lovely. The excursion man is the only person who let down the team.

« Very good but needs a few improvements »

After requesting room move as view from balcony was of brick wall, we were given a wonderful room (2114) with a fabulous view. The service in restaurants wasn’t particularly good, the steakhouse, request for drinks took a long time to fulfil and sea food restaurant was horrendous, booked table for 18.30 and even though we only ordered 2 starters (table was for 4 adults) we were still waiting for our main course by 20.15, in fact by the time it arrived we had lost our appetite and hardly ate the meal. We had booked the restaurant early as we were leaving the hotel at 3.30 the following morning and had two children in our group so the last night was a complete letdown to what had been a lovely 3days stay

Upon arrival the hostess who greeted me was very impolite and sharp, and did not offer any welcome drinks I seen other guests receive on arrival later that week. The room was absolutely beautiful, and could not be faulted. All food was to a high standard however in the restaurants in the evenings it was the case every night that the signature desserts were sold out and it was a challenge booking onto these a la carte restaurants even booking several days in advance.
