Great location, accommodation and food. The only reason I didn't give you a 10 was that we found that the service in the Zeytinalti Restaurant was sometimes slow as some of the staff didn't seem to want to engage with English people so we had to call them over quite a few times to order our food

My sister has serious food poisoning due to your hotel food and as a result spent all of her holiday recovering and was sent to hospital to have 2 drips due to her having serious vomiting and diarrhoea. I had a gluten allergy and I was poisoned through most of my holiday, I told the chefs so many times to be careful and they allowed me to eat food with gluten in it, shocking

« Very good but not luxurious . »

First of all , i was checked in to a very old, dirty room with a balcony that doesn’t open . After I asked to change it , they changed it for me since i payed for a deluxe sea view room . The other room was better but still you feel the rooms are so old and they need refurbishment. The cleaning was really bad , they barely sweep ur room . As for the food it was spectacular, the variety , the quality , the dessert . The beach was good and clean but there was no decent entertainment at night , only turkish concerts that we don’t watch . It was good but I didn't find luxury as the rest of the rixos hotels . Very basic faciliies .

The room was clean and spacious, the food was excellent, lovely beach and many pools, many different terraces and good entertainment! « Bejeweled classical all-inclusive hotel experience. No more. »

Dolled: Too many staff, many of is not in use. Starting to meet with our guest relation rep - Mustafa at check-in at 3 pm. Room was not ready, no baby crib at the room. No explanation about hotel when we arrive to the room. We experience vomit after our first dinner in our 2-year old baby girl all night long. We shared our concern with Mustafa and this is our last seeing him. His manager and quality rep strongly defend the control mechanism of the hotel but no offer to build any trust. They even ask us to get our daughter to the hospital and prove this sickness is because of the hotel. At our 3rd day of our stay, I also had a great stomachache and vomit. My wife called the infermiry but no answer. Called the reseption desk and ask them to call us ASAP. No reply. We called them 1 hour later and they told us there is no doctor, no medicine here. They can arrange a transfer to a clinic if we want. I had to go to Acibadem myself. Beside this health related issues, we forgot our sea stuff at the beach when my stomachache rises. Tomorrow, we went to reseption to find what we forgot. They told us our stuff is at towel tower. But this is an information which is only known by reseption. There is no lost&found dept or info at that personnel. Thanks to the operation manager, he did not only find our things but also coordinate your reseption and lost & found reps not to direct towel tower anymore. In summary, standard all-inclusive hotel experience with make-up. Dolled personnel. Lack of experience and coordination.

I was a bit disappointed as my expectations were based on how I was pleased in Rixos Premium Belek. Rixos Bodrum lacks the touch, food quality and quantity are not as good, Aqua sports not as good, rooms are so tight, and finally internet doesn’t work!!!

We had a great time at your hotel. The food was very good, the rooms were very clean and nice. The staff at the reception were very nice and courteous. Especially miss Fulya Yilmaz at Guest relations was amazing. I can’t thank her enough. She was very pleasant person and took care of us. The one the recommendations, the reception should have change of money so we can change money to be able to tip the waiters. Besides that it was a great stay at your hotel.

The hotel is very impressive, very well staffed, clean, in an amazing setting on the coast with stunning views. The food buffets were spectacular....the choices immense, the quality fantastic, the service very good. The Kalamata restaurant has an amazing location and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was breathtaking! The staff were ALL very friendly, very helpful, very good.....and very numerous! At the Mojito bar we were served several times by Umit and his sister who were both so lovely and friendly to us. They do an amazing job there and work really, really hard (all the team). We loved the lounger mattresses on the piers...really really good. A shame we didn't find a free one very often. On the down side....we were irritated each day by guests who left towels on seats and then didn't return for hours and hours....the hotel needs to police this better. Also, it was hard to find the Towel Supply service on the first day...it's quite hidden below the pool level and away from the beach. We were very frustrated by the noise level around the hotel - no matter where you sat there was loud music to be heard. And even lying in bed at 11pm/midnight/1am...loud music base could be heard booming outside! This is shouldn't happen. The hotel needs to provide a 'quiet zone' somewhere for guests trying to rest, and also place a curfew on noise at night. One last thing - you claim to be environmentally friendly and ask guests to leave their bath towels on the floor for changing....so we hung ours up for re-use...but the housemaid changed all of them anyway. Every day. Also, the number of beach towels used every day requiring overnight laundering....well it was shocking to see them all overflowing out of the towel boxes provided each afternoon! Guests should be asked to pay a deposit for their towels.....and maybe limit the number of times each one can be refreshed. People have no respect or awareness for the environmental impact they have by returning a barely-used towel or towels each day! We would also suggest you install some water fountains around the hotel and beach area and encourage people to use their own water beakers (or even sell a hotel one). Re the shuttle buggy - you need to increase its frequency ! every 20mins is not enough in high season! Re the bars - they need a little more atmosphere I think - ironically maybe some background music!? Not the super loud base-blasting disco stuff though! We would definitely stay again if the option arose and will recommend it! Thank you. SH
