We booked this resort for our honeymoon and couldn’t be more disappointed. This is in no way a 5-star property and it is not a truly all-inclusive resort with additional fees for many things as basic as food outside the limited meal times. The whole property feels neglected, the staff is not particularly helpful, especially in the restaurants, where it is quite difficult to get seated due to the limited meal times, which create overcrowding, and frustration for diners having to wait/fight for access to a table. There doesn’t seem to be a designated host/manager to help direct the staff. The beach is beautiful on one side of the island, but not very accessible on the other side (shallow water, very rocky ground). Our beach villa is just okay, with doors that don’t quite close properly (you also only get one key), a stained headboard, rusty sink and limited towels. We are not fans of the outside shower and toilet, especially at night since there are lots of mosquitoes. The pool area is okay, but offers limited seating - it’s the same situation in the evening: a band was playing but we couldn’t find a seat since cushions had been removed from the area. We have 8 more nights here and are regretting our decision. Be sure to look into other options before considering this mediocre resort.

The waiters have a good attitude. The children like the waiters and bartenders here very much. Their smiles are very friendly. Laila, Totti, Fayaz and Ziwan are very enthusiastic. We like them very much. The service is really nothing to say. I like the service here, and I will come again in a year!

We enjoyed our stay in the Inocean villa. Ms. Laila in the Azzurro restaurant tried her very best to answer our questions. She remembered our names and know our needs. She recommended food and places for us in the villa and the island. She is very helpful.

The beds are absolutely stunning, the feeling of the bed is well balanced and not too soft yet hard. The ocean villa was a great experience and the people are very kind. They have a very organized system for water sport and transport to the main island. The excellent even for a sea food disliker, but they should alternate their food options on the menu so people can enjoy new types of food. Overall, this place is a great place to visit during a break. It’s a very relaxing place and the spa is amazing, too. You should come to this island and experience many fun activities.

Beautiful resort the over the water villa was exactly as pictured. Staff was amazing especially Leila! My only complaint is the food was very overcooked. I loved the variety of the menu but definitely lacking in flavor. I would definitely return just for the friendly Staff.
