Everything was so perfect that three of us had an amazing time and enjoyed Legacy a lot. The resort set up and decor are breath taking as did the staff's service. Also, we enjoyed the meals so much that now we are still craving for. Pls tell us how and where we can buy those chilis sauces served with Vietnamese crackers as our starter.

I can't imaging in a remote city, there is such a hidden gem. The hotel itself is an art and its people who running are phenomenon. Staffs are very professional and friendly.

« Nice Hotel with lacking service from the begin »

The Hotel itself magical and one of the most beautiful hotels in Asia. We were very surprised about the lack of welcoming at the check in. We have had booked for 2 nights at Deluxe (Advanced Offer) and we booked 2 Nights more some days before. Willing to stay for 4 nights as we would like to relax. Our check in was very disturbing, reminds us on a cheaper city hotel. We just got welcomed, drinks handed over and quickly cleared. The FO Manager, with glasses, mentioned our travel dates, noticed that we have booked 2 different categories for 2 nights deluxe and 2 nights suite. He mentioned quickly ,you must change the room after 2 days. I have had to ask him, if we can stay in one room and pay the upgrade fee etc.....Done. Quickly handed over the credit card for the deposit. Afterwards we have received our room keys, without any information about the hotel facilities, breakfast time, location map, bar, restaurant so on.... No info only the key and got escorted from a hostess to the room, expecting some information, but pure silence.. I believe this was the poorest welcome we have ever handled with in many years. Noticed this lack of service and the construction noise in front of our room, we decided better to cancel the 2 night extension, feeling something seems to be wrong. We discovered the beautiful hotel by ourselves and had a nice late lunch at the restaurant. The quality of the food was good and service very friendly. We have ordered one starter, one salad, the duck and the noodle expecting normal portions, but the portions were so huge that we could only eat half and kept the noodles for the dinner. Personally, we prefer smaller portions so that we have the chance to try different things from the menu and the flavours of Vietnamese cuisine. The price was totally okay, well seasoned and presented, only the portion.... so we did not have a chance to spent more money for the dinner and explore the menu that evening. After lunch we went back to the reception to get some information, asking some questions, we have received some important information about the evening show in the village the hotel pool, restaurants & the mountain tours as well received the hotel map. Checking the hotel facebook page, I noticed the post on 4th May of the weekly activity plan, surprised not to receive any information about it from the front office manager we just talked with, but maybe we did not ask about it..... :) I was also checking if we missed maybe the notice board... honestly, I was checking everywhere...maybe missing something, but nothing. After two nice nights at the beautiful suite room, good walk to the mountain, two great breakfasts and good food & drinks at the restaurant and bar served by lovely friendly service staff we checked out again by the Front Office Manager. This time he like to clear us even faster. We handed over the keys, They checked the minibar, nothing last night. He just looked on his screen, said the amount and like to have the credit card. I asked him, if this is hotel standard not to show the invoice to the guest during check out and I sit down at the lobby. He noticed that he went to far and changed during the printing his attitude, asking friendly about our stay etc. talking around, when we are coming back next time, the hotel will be fully operating, we currently are still at soft opening stage. Its was just an excuse and we did not see where the hotel was not fully operating except his attitude of laziness. This was our check in and check out experience which was very disturbing for us. All other was lovely and friendly. We are coming back and hope this reviews helps you to improve your standards.

I stayed in room 228. The hotel is in the valley. The vibe of ancient Vietnam in the old age. I am excited to experience this hotel very much. The hotel made me feel back in the past of Vietnam 13 century. which I am very satisfied with this stay. All staff are attentive and very friendly. Thanks Mr.Tuan who check in me on arrival at evening time 8pm he has professional service and pay attention on work and very nice aand also thank the man who drive me to the mountain visit cable car he very nice and always smile all of them service with heart. Breakfast is delicious and friendly staff. Thank to GM greetings me during the breakfast time. Luxurious rooms suitable for real relaxation. Hotel with natural and comfortable lower temperature outside 23-27 degree. Excellent hotel recommended to all.

« Beautiful place but that's it »

I spent 2 nights in Lagecy Yen Tu. This is a beautifull place yet some facilities were not compeleted. The pool was not ready to use, not recommended to use. Something was under construction. There was no tv in the room, i guess it's my fault not to check when booking but there was not much to entertain in the evening. Restaurant was good, not great.

We had a nice stay here in your hotel. Staff is quite friendly & support. The room is clean and cozy. Outdoor scene is nice, too. I like brighter light inside the room though I understand the dim & dark yellow light may suit with hotel style, however, it is a little bit uncomfortable for the eyes, especially for kids. I'd like to have more activities for my kids to join. Performances & games in Hanh Huong village at night are ok, but not very attractive because I joined other similar activities in other hotels/resort in mountainous area. For dinner, it's better if you have more choices for guest (besides eating in hotel restaurant). I'd like to discover the local food culture so I did take dinner at Cho Que restaurant, however, I imagine it should be served as a real "country market". Overall, I did really enjoy staying in your hotel. Thank you!

« Beautiful hotel great for relaxing. »

The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The bathtub and shower were great. Unfortunately the cocktails were not good and the room has very little natural light. We enjoyed the morning yoga. Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

- Room: wet, humid - Service: reservation team and FO is good but FB team is not really, not eyes contact when I was asking question, not well prepared in breakfast buffet, the food (sausage, rice cake, etc.) is dry and cold. « Nice hotel, but not as good as expected »

Everything is fine, but it is just that. Nothing outstanding. Maybe a good hotel for Buddhist, but not recommended for family. Room is not noise proof. Can easily hear what the next room is talking about Also the car park is still under construction and there was no buggy to take me to car park.

It was a wonderful trip that I can just fully relax with my best friend. The architecture is similar to a Vietnamese traditional palace with the high mountains around makes MGallery Yen Tu more beautiful and peaceful. I really like the bar where I can enjoy playing chess and listening to Vietnamese traditional music. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and nice. The room is very large and quiet with the living room view of the garden where I can enjoy reading books. I would love to be back here again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

« Nice, unique resort, good service. F&B needs improving »

The area is beautiful and the resort is well done, nicely designed by Bill Bensley. Overall service was good with most staff well trained. However, the resort was short on staff overall, particularly in the lounge and restaurant. The F&B in the resort needs to be improved... limited options and food quality not on par with M Gallery standards.
