Absolutely exceptional experience from check in to check out. Even when I had a coughing fit while checking in the concierge bought me a warm water and lemon. How thoughtful. Thank you. Reception staff were excellent and went the "extra mile". Concierge team were very helpful and so pleasant. I travel a lot for business and the team at Adelaide Pullman set an exceptional standard which I rarely see in other states and countries. Customer first....... Overall the experience was good , however the room was not 100% clean. We stayed 3N/4D and on couple of days the room service was not cent percent. Forgot to provide water , place some foot mat / towels in washroom.

Check in around 7:30 pm on 08/11/2019, check in process was fine no problem at all, was told that i got upgrade to Level 14, sound great. However, Room 1416 wasn't clean properly, the toilet seat got tissue and urine haven't been flush yet (I assume haven't been clean), also, a lot of long hair on the wall of the toilet. Went downstair and complained about that and question if the room been used today. Was told that no one used that in the same day. I have requested to change the room and I was told that is fully book and the man in the check in counter told me that will get the toilet clean before i come back from dinner. However, the toilet seat is clean after i come back from dinner (just flushed I assume?), and the hair still on the toilet wall, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT ANYONE ACTUALLY CAME AND CLEAN IT AGAIN FOR ME! very bad experience in the 5 star hotel. I got photo for the proof as well. PLEASE FOLLOW IT UP. UNACCEPTABLE. Is that becoz I used the free stay night, therefore i got the unclean room? You better follow it up and give me an answer for that. I have attached two photos for your reference. First one took 7:40pm 8/11/19, for the toilet seat, and second one is 10:05pm when i came back from Dinner. I can't believe that I can't even change to a proper room or get a proper clean for the night. And I gave up when i saw the hair on the wall.

Business trip for a week. Professional efficient and friendly staff offering what you need in no time. The place has also some 'undocumented' bonuses such like the shower before you go which is extremely appreciated after a working day and before a very long trip.
