Very friendly, very nice, very good would love to visit again.... Very kind 😃😌😍💯🎉🥳💖😍 She made out stay memorable and I really want to come again whenever I ll be coming kochi and ll be suggesting my neighbours. Very bad room; faucet didn’t work in the rest room, room wall paper coming off, towel smelling - worst stay in the past 10 years I’ve experienced Novotel.

Room service were extremely bad- had to call many times to get anything ( towel, glass,food) Gym did not had water bottle and towel which should be there In the room when I entered on the 1st day there were cockroaches Even after complaining many times reception team never came back with answer Overall I travel a lot and usually stay in Accor property but going forward neither I would stay nor I would recommend anyone to stay. Treatment was at par with 2 star category hotel
