Lot of noise due to repairs. Lack of proper refill of amenities (soup, shampo etc). Gym in poor condition. Breakfast with very limited options and bad quality. Front-desk very slow in checkin process.

« Terrible experience »

The hotel is old and dated. There is musty smell on the hallways. To boot, there was a LOT of noise because of ongoing construction in the hotel. The room was 'nice' in the sense that it was sort of big - with a separate bedroom and living area. The restroom was rather small and just pretty basic. This hotel advertises as a 4-star property. It's a 2.5 star at best. Avoid this place like the plague.

The staff was very helpful though English abilities were limited. The room surface was good but the bathrooms are ridiculously small and I would rather have one big room than the a bedroom and a sitting room

« Old rooms; did not get the points for my stay yet »

No complaints about the service in general. However, the rooms I've stayed were old looking, not as functional (terrace doors wouldn't close properly, shower heads were poorly maintained). I would expect more from the cost of the room. Finally, despite having requested it at the lobby during checkout, I have not yet received the LeClubAccor points related to my stay.

No value for the money and some staff did not made any efforts to help frequent customers of Accor chain. Needs urgent renovation and noise reduction on the apartments. Otherwiese its a very fine location and the breakfest is honest.

Staff was very friendly, fast check in and check out. The building is going through improvements, as it was recently bought by Accor. It will have the Grand Mercure flag soon. Due this process, the pool and terrace were closed. Bed was very comfortable, the shower had low water pressure.Breakfast better than average, but nothing outstanding.

A pleasant weekend in a very good hotel. It is presently undergoing refurbishment and that didn't interfere with the quality of our stay. Our Room had already been modernized. Staff super efficient and very friendly.Good job!
