I really enjoyed the stay there. I stayed 3 nights and I put the no service sigh up - as it was so comfortable just as it was - and it's better on the environment!! The Restaurant staff were great to - they just wanted to please every time. I'll return someday!

I booked a Toyota Innova for our airport pick-up but a Vios was used. In any case, we managed to fit our luggages and the charge was reduced accordingly. The room assigned to us was in front of a building construction (rm 910). On our 1st night, we heard some construction noise at 2am. We reported it to the front desk and they acted upon it quickly as there was less construction noise at night time for the rest our stay. The breakfast spread is abundant. The taho is a nice touch for balikbayans who missed eating Pinoy food. Staff are very friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Fine apart from Gym too hot and evening menu disappointing. Too much unhealthy and “Western” food. I’m in Philippines so more choice of lovely fresh cooked Asian fish and vegetables would have been nice. I asked for a piece of grilled salmon with some soy ginger dressing and steamed veg and was given the standard menu dish of fried salmon on spinach. It’s a shame the chef is unable to work off menu to guests requests. Service in the evening in the restaurant is poor. Staff are lovely but inattentive. Plates not cleared, never asked if I want desert or another drink. This is night after night so not a one off.

Everything is nice and my one and only concern was the payment system. Upon check-in, they swipe my credit card for the payment of the room and deposit but it was on hold. Then upon check-out, they swipe again my credit card for the payment of the room without voiding the initial payment done. I coordinate it already with my bank and called the hotel to void the initial transaction but until now it's still pending on my account. I hope to fix it the soonest. Thanks.

Just to explain further what transpired, the policy upon arrival is to collect a means of a guarantee in which you used your credit card. What they did was a form of card check only, in other words, not a valid charge. Now, when you checked out, to settle the charges incurred, we need your actual card and used the same approval code (stated on the imprint). It was suppose to be a great experienced, having very helpful staff from check in, clean room with very comfortable bed, complete amenities and good layout. The only thing that limited it from being great is that the rooms are not soundproof. It was very easy to hear the noise of the kids from the other rooms, including the door closing thuds. Good thing the people staying door were only noisy in the late afternoon. If they were noisy at night, it would have been a disaster.
