I used to know very well Hipark, good product, well situated and very good customer relation service. Very disappointed by the state of the residence in GRENOBLE, the carpert is in very bad state everywhere and even worst in rooms. The room was smelling very bad, a massive whole in the toilets, dirty (hair everywhere), no shower gel (it was empty), very bad state of the sofa with stains on it... well. I’ve mentioned these information to the reception and the only answer we’ve get was “yes I know”. I’ve asked if there were an opportunity to move to another room and he mentioned “all the room are the same as the one you have”. I just know from now, that I’ll never recommend Hipark GRENOBLE before all the building get refurbished

We turned on the heating system in 1st of october that is why you could not have AC into your room. But we have fan at the reception. More over as we are an apart hotel we only make cleaning every 7 days and at the end of your stay, but for your next step you can ask a additional cleanning at the reception. Just entering to the room there is a sign of not smoking, but there was odor to tobacco showing that someone had smoked in there. The carpet of the room and also the aisles and other areas of the hotel are dirty and with stains, it is notorious that the cleaning is not the strong area of the hotel; also it was reflected on the room. There were no noises around and the bed is confortable, so I slept very well; the access to the wifi was without issues and the breakfast was very good. The attention from the people in the front desk and restaurant was very good, all of them very kind persons.

I was assigned room 608. it was really smelly, when i told the reception guy the next afternoon he said he could not change me. The person at the reception in the evening (a very nice guy speaking also italian) changed me to room 606 with no problems.the room was better than 608 but still smelly

As I joined the conference held in GEM, the hotel location is good enough. And the price is not so expensive. the room was clean. only one issue that I thought is laundry service. it take more than 1 day and it was difficult to use it. of course self laundry machine was convenient for me.

« Very poor stay »

Many issues: - Bed is placed below a curtain ! If you don't move the bed away from the wall, the curtain (mandatory for the night) is right above the pillow and your head ! I have pictures if you want. - No nightstand, no light and power supply close from the bed - WiFi not useable (very low signal) - Air Conditioning not working but doing noise - Some screws and material to hold window forgotten in the bathroom. The window holder was still stick to the shower window and fall in the middle of the night with a big noise waking me up brutally - The window shower is not protecting the bathroom from water projection No proposal for compensation for all these issues. I will obviously not recommend this hotel anymore. Matthieu D.

see above. If you are going to pretend to have technology, PLEASE make it work. The elevator was a pain, it was an adventure to see if we could get it to work. The internet connections were often hard to make, sometimes impossible. Terrible. The WORST we have had with Adagio/L'Accord, and we have been staying with Adagio/L'Accord for over 4 years now.

« The Hotel Studio Rooms are good and location near to Gare de grenoble, Breakfast is good »

Studio are good, equipped with all basic amenities. Location of Hotel is quiet nice and the once in a week get together concept is also really nice. Breakfast is also nice . Just if some more vegetarian options can be added like a sandwich or pasta . The thing that stopped me giving 9 or 10 is WiFi. The range is horrible and whenever it comes, it comes for short time . its hard to connect

Quite pleasant. Petite déjeuner was adequate, but nothing special. Selection of breads and meats was quite limited; I suspect it was because it was a Sunday morning. But, the staff was exceptionally polite and attentive.

« Location OK for center of city but room comfort has scope of much enhancement »

1. Positive: For someone to commute by public transport is OK 2. Negative: Toilet flush switch being low required seat cover ring to lift / close each time 3. Negative: No place over the bed or side-table to keep anything while sleeping 4. Negative: Not well managed breakfast (Rotten fruits, no hot milk, sandwitch bread not fresh for toaster ) : I couldn't have breakfast nicely anyday out of 3 days I stayed it would be better to avoid the highly charged breakfast 5. Positive: Good equipment in working condition Dishwasher, fridge, microwave .. all fine 6. Negative: Less space ... at least a suitcase stand / stool near the wardrobe is required.
