the need now to catch transport to and from terminal 2 is a negative change . Unfortunately upon my arrival I had to wait almost 20 min. Departing was much simpler as the support and bus location is much better and you are able to plan the timing

This would be a great hotel to stay in, regardless of its location. Being so close to Guangzhou airport, it is very convenient for staying overnight to get connecting flights the next day. Rooms are very quiet - no problem with any aircraft noise.

Your right we are conveniently located across Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport it takes you 30-seconds walk from the main terminal Exit 12-13 don’t forget when you come from the Arrival please use the escalator and go up one level and ask at Information desk for exit 12-13 where you also see our Pullman Hotel Name. We also have free pick up service please mention this service when you make your booking so some of our attentive team will pick up at the Arrival hall. Don’t forget our white Golf buggy standing outside the Exit 12-13 which can help you with your luggage. All our Guest Rooms are European standard and have the Pullman bed with super comfy pillows and two legs pillows for a good rest after a long flight. The air conditioning system is up to standard and the shower room has separate tub and rain shower. All Guest Rooms give you enough space to do your business or leisure Activities. For your next arrival don’t forget our Touch Spa at the third floor West wing with our amazing Swimming pool and Fitness lounge which is open from 6:00am in the morning till 22:00pm at night.. From the moment the hotel staff met me at the airport and took me to the shuttle, subsequent upgrading my room, after the staff noted that I have been a loyal customer of Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, followed by a relaxing buffet dinner at the hotel restaurant, and a luxurious bath in my room .... that pretty much described a perfect evening before checking out to catch a flight the next morning.

The Pullman really excelled in treating us during our stay. We were warmly and efficiently checked in and the room and facilities were 1st class. The gym has a lot of good of equipment and the pool is large and accommodating. The staff were always friendly and accommodating and all the areas for you to sit and relax are ell kept and inviting. Unfortunately we were only staying 1 night as we were passing through but we could easily have stayed more nights. We would definetely stay again.
