I booked through accor.com using my earn points. When we went for check in receptionist ask me for full payment. It was really disappointed that they haven't check all details and asking for full payment. When I checked in I asked to remove my mini bar which they did. But again when I'm checking out the reception ask whether I consumed mini bar. There was totally lack of communication I observed. Room was beautiful and in room amenities were great. Apart from my check in and check out overall experience was good.

The ambience of the hotel is very good, staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping service is spot on. The only draw back to highlight would be on the day of arrival early morning. The reception counter demanding the payment of tourism charges to be settled. Our booking was online. This could have been settled post allotting us the rooms, let the guest settle down and then take it up post breakfast. Overall the stay was wonderful and look forward to come back.

The hotel was rated 5 stars so was expecting immaculate and modern facilities throughout. The room was spacious but not modern and the showers and rubs could use upgrading. Had it been listed as a 3.5 to 4 star hotel I would not have been surprised. Also, some areas and rooms smelled smokey due to allowing smoking in some parts of the hotel. Hotel staff were very accommodating and tried to rectify any issues or problems immediately.

1.Reception was nice. 2. mistaken the rates from what i actually suppose to pay. 3. Room was too much stingy or bad smell 4. House keeping gud 5. No milk for the coffee. 6. Lift on different sides always issue. 7. Excellent Spa 8. Bell boys & Vallet parking guys and vallet parking reception guy very much poor 9. Checkout time without checking properly accusing us to pay for the peanut on minibar which they thought we used. 10. Hand shower required in toilet. 11. AC needs to be improved in the room very poor.

The staff were all friendly and helping, the check in and out were quick , the breakfast was average , it could be much better , the refreshments in the lounge are repeated and poor , you should have coffee machine in the lounge that’s far better than ordering every hot drink from the only one lady in the lounge.

ordered big number for 3 people, costed like 2 regular numbers In fact when we arrived they gave us a regular number with extantion bed! Number had dirty toilet, and the fly was in the room it took around 1 hour to solve everything and it was at 2 ap at night after a long distance flight Im a member of the loyality program of accorhotel, silver status. No welcome drinks was offered, they simply forgot Its not a 5 star hotel in fact, and everything is about the service
