I was in the hotel for business. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff is polite. We would not come back though to this hotel because we were informed only on arrival that any kind of alcohol is not served. Personally i do not like to stay in hotels where i feel my basic right to choose sth that is legal in the country is denied as a general policy.

« Price performance balanced »

I have stayed in old part of the hotel. Only issue I would stress that heating system was noisy. Probably will be solved after old part will also be renovated.

« Relaxed and very positive hotel »

Ladies at reception desk were very informative, hotel room was big and very clean, I was impressed with huuuge number of TV channels (all Champions league games you can watch :-)), breakfast was very good and tasteful, with big variety (OK, I could not find fried eggs-you had only cooked eggs and scrambled eggs). We came late with car, and there were more than enough free parking lots. I will recommend you to all my business friends!

So friendly staff, especially, front desk staff. Simple room design and practical. Specious restaurant and nice view from the terrace cafe. Only two elevators caused long waiting time when tourists groups arrived. No refill of amenities. Clean room.

« Hotel TOP but communications with Accor hotel group is very bad »

30.09.2019 my mom pay me 5 nights in your hotel in Sarajevo with Diners credit card and you have send me confirmation mail that I don't need to pay nothing at hotel because you have carge on credit card, but that was not true. I was very surprised and embarrassed by Accor hotels group and Diners card. That was not ok. definitely not from Diners card. People at the hotel are wonderful, kind and always smiling. They treated me wonderfully, but unfortunately the situation I was brought to left me with a sad memory

The staff is very kind and helpful, however, would like to share several recommendations: while you are lead by profit, it would be a nice gesture to inform your guests who wish to use wellness to bring a robe, and if they don't-then charge them; re-heating lunch leftovers for dinner and offering that one choice is fine from a "save the food" point, however, it would be nice if it was not as basic; it would be nice if there was at least one more towel/clothing hanger in the bathroom of a guest room; if you only provide one space for guests who are smokers, and rent it to make other profit, then provide a reserve space, so your guests do not have to stand outside the hotel in different temperatures and discomfort.

« Nice Stay, could be better though »

Personnel was kind. Design of the hotel is interesting, however I did not quite like "vozdra" above my bed, bathroom could be arranged much better to serve its origunal purpose, I had difficulties to adapt water temerature there, which was annoying. Conference room was too hot on the sunny October day. I apprecxiated touch with Bosnian carpets.... We should have had different selection or choice of food for dinners.

« A few basic problems marred the trip »

A stopover in Sarajevo was planned as part of a family trip and as an Accor member decided to try out the Ibis styles property. Staff were friendly enough with check in etc, however were unable to sort out a problem where none of our rooms on the 12th floor had proper hot water. Also couldnt seem to get the A/C to work in the rooms either. Pity - otherwise hotel was comfortable enough..
