Mixed experience - while the rooftop bar was nice (though very overpriced, e.g. 80 MAD for an orange juice, and pool is closed during winter), rooms and customer service weren't. Altough having asked for a non-smoking room, the allocated room had a bad cigarette smell. The terrace door was broken and couldn't be closed so it had to be fixed. Even though there were rooms available at least on our second night, the reception refused to change rooms and instead attempted to get rid of the smell by other - rather unsuccessful - means. Only one drink voucher for an Accor platinum member even if two persons are sharing the room. Given that we experienced great customer service in all other Accor hotels in Morocco, Adagio was an unpleasent experience in comparison.

I stayed at this hotel repeatedly over the years, because of it's location. Unfortunately had a very bad experience with the Reception ( Ms. Khadija ) . Very poor communication skills. I was planning on extending my stay for another week, but felt disrespected as a Guest, non the less platinum member. Never staying again.

We ate once diner at the coffee shop and it was an overall disappointment. Service very slow, food was cold. Does not motivate to repeat the experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by everything in this establishment. The location, the room qualityand convenience. It provided all the amenities and more. The staff is cordial, courteous and very professional. They were ready and quick to respond when needed. Not to exaggerate, but is now home away from home. Thanks to everyone involved.

I had a confirmation with a price that I made directly with accor and I was charged the wrong price. I showed in writing my paperwork they refused to charge the correct amount. They said they would call the next day to confirm what they are going to do and 6 days later nothing. First room we got smelled like cigar smoke.
