Stayed as a silver member of the hotel's loyalty programme. Expected two welcome drink vouchers as two guests are staying but only one given. Room is very small as expected. Paid $24.50 for buffet breakfast but terrible. Parking as a huge issue in the area.

Good Location

After checking in, we went to the room allocated and found it extremely small and claustrophobic. There was no space for luggage or any storage. We also found found that having the shower and toilet in the same room even with screen was less than ideal for three nights stay. We went back to reception and asked for better room and were offered a choice of two rooms at additional costs. After reviewing both rooms, we decided on the Urban Premium room and had to ask for special rates for Accor members. We found the friendliest person who made our stay comfortable was Eleanor who worked in the dining area. Her friendly manner and willingness to help not just us but everyone at breakfast created a very friendly atmosphere. We would like to extend our special thanks to Eleanor for her friendliness and kindness

Very small room with too little legroom. Toes may get hurt sometimes when sleeping.

Bed too short

I am 5 ft 6 inches tall. I could not stretch out fully in the double bed in our room. I am all for space economy, but this was a step too far. I think you should make it explicit in your marketing that the beds are not normal length.
