Staff were lovely under extreme circumstances. This was the worst holiday experience EVER. Admittedly we arrived at 11am & check in is 2pm but at 2.30pm we finally get allowed to check in only to find the room has not been cleaned, dirty towels on the floor, bed unmade. We then go back to reception, and have to wait another hour before being allowed into the room which you could not swing a cat in. We slept overnight and left early next day. 2 days before the end of the holiday, we could not stay 1 day longer.

balcony without awning . when is raining all balcony ,chairs and table can't be used.

no swimming pool for adult only! all swimming pools full of children wearing a nappies.

The unit we stayed in was excellent for us we are in our late 70s and have had an extremely tough year with grandchildren with cancer and we were worn out our stay with you was what we needed Just to hang out and do nothing
