I've been staying here most weeks for six months for work. The staff know me, happily make and modify bookings, and always do a little extra to make me feel at home (add a microwave to a cheaper room, provide a snack on arrival, that sort of thing). It's a really clean, convenient and well-set up place. I never go elsewhere.

When I booked I requested low level floor, no feathered linen, 2 low pillows for kids, spare flat sheet and 3 chairs. The day before check in I asked about parking details. This was explained and I was told I will be emailed the details. No email! At check in I reminded about my requests, was told housekeeping will be informed. The only request that was fulfilled was low level floor. I called reception and requested for a flat sheet. Assured housekeeping will be informed. This never came. My kids and I are allergic to feathered linen, so it wasn't simply just a preference to not use feathered linen. Only 1 pillow in the cupboard was non feathered. Called reception to inform I needed 2 more non feathered pillows, flat sheet and 2 more chairs. Was told the only chairs available are the outdoor chairs made of metal with no cushioning. Reception brought flat sheet and went to look for pillows. Managed to get 1 more, credit to this receptionist for trying. Later I rang reception as the doonas were both feathered. Was told there's no none feathered doonas! Overall the worse hotel experience and I have stayed at many.

Overall, the room was pleasant and well maintained. However, there was an unpleasant musty and cigarette smell from the pillows.
