Location is perfectly situated for a wonderful day/night out in the city. Walking distance to anything in need or heading out for a special occasion. Only problem.is the reception in the room wasn't as great and if you're planning on having a night to watch a movie, reception to the TV is terrible. Besides that still a wonderful stay!

Bedrooms have no air-conditioning, the air-conditioning was extremely load, service in the bistro was not good

Valet Parking Information not up to date

I have stayed multiple times at this venue however I was not advised or could possibly find for myself that the valet parking arrangement had changed and that their was a size limit of the vehicles that could be parked. I have a standard 2022 Landcruiser Prado and have parked this vehicle in your valet multiple times without any issues. When I arrived at the venue on Friday and attempted to valet park my vehicle I was advised that they couldn't accept my vehicle and that I had to park it in the crown parking around the corner. Considering the majority of vehicles that are on roads today are medium to large SUV's

Helpful friendly staff, clean big comfy room, each bedroom had a view. Fully equipped kitchen, even had Italian peculator & grinded coffee & Soda stream!!. 360deg view towards the Dandenongs & the bay. Beautiful. Looking forward to return

I was lovely having menu options rather than only buffet. The range was small but great quality, and sufficient choice. I was looking forward to using the pool but the water temperature wasn't inviting. I suggest water temp 2 degrees warmer for comfort. The pool is too small to keep warm by exercise so the water temperature should be warm enough to be comfortable when not swimming I.e. sitting in pool.
