My room was fine with king bed and golf course view as booked, however despite the air-conditioning having a temperature dial that showed a temperature as low as 10*C, and setting it low, I found the room quite warm (April, so not summer) and as is the case in many hotels, the bed only had a doona. I had to remove the doona from the casing in order not to be overheated. On arrival the bathroom had two normal thinnish bath towels, but when I used one a couple of times and it was very wet and left it on the floor as indicated by the notice, it was not replaced. I utilised room service on the first night after arriving from a long day of travel, but the advertised bill prices were not the same as those charged. When I queried this, the bill was amended, but it was quite uncomfortable having to do this.
