This hotel definitely does not match up to a 5 star standard. No welcome amenities, no guest services just basic standard. The espresso machine and the telephone in the room didn’t work. The bathroom emanates a very foul smell while you take a shower. Breakfast was good and the only positive in the 3 night stay…

The stay was great except for the room house-keeping. Only the bed was made and towels were replaced, the rest of the room wasn’t really cleaned. My glass of water which was on the bedside remained as it is for few days until I cleared it. The ear buds packet I used was not replaced. All my toiletries that were on the table were not even arranged and kept properly, they were just left as it is for the entire stay. My rating for house keeping is 4/10. Malti at the reception was very polite and helpful. Also the check-in staff on 14th Feb was very helpful and I appreciate the early check in. The lighting was less in the room / bathroom so it was difficult to apply make up.

The most luxurious hotel! Great location. Metro and transport are close, shops are nearby. Within walking distance of Postdamskaya Platz. Large and spacious rooms, everything is clean, daily cleaning. The breakfasts are very tasty and delicious. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money and quality!

During a four-night stay, we suffered two days without hot water. This was reported three times without result. We were offered a free dinner in compensation; this was inadequate in relation to the inconvenience suffered. We approached the management for a more realistic gesture, but were brushed aside. This is a nice hotel but our visit (which we had pre-paid) was marred.

Not bad but wouldn't come back. Staff are nice but hotel has a weird vibe. Pillows are terrible and I have no idea how to contact reception without going downstairs. Bit budget at an inflated price.
