« All good – except for the inattention in case of hurricane's evacuation. »

All good, but if the hotel were to evacuate. At front desk advise me that won't be moving me to another hotel and they won't be keeping my booking reservation after the hurricane. I am a loyal customer. I've been visitan Atton/Novotel hotel for the last 3 years several times by year (sometimes, once per month by 2/3 weeks).

We always recommend to establish a plan B in case of evacuation as the hotel cannot provide any transportation nor alternative accommodation in case of this rare emergency. It was a good stay . It was with no surprises but it was bland. Nothing exciting. Worried me how often your employees were complaining about Novotel as an employer. Publicly we’re telling us how bad they were in terms of vacations, sick days etc.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Miami area. It's very convenient for walkers and easy to transport everywhere. It's located in the heart of Brickell, a business area with plenty of surrounding restaurants and Publix grocery store directly across the street. Parking is $40 per night but you can park on the street or go down a few blocks on 1st ave and park in public parking for $20 a night. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very clean and prestige! The restaurant and bar is spectacular as well with remarkable food options. The hotel even has events during the week, example: movie night mondays. My overall experience was an A+

New building. Extremely clean and fresh. Stayed here pre-cruise in Miami with my family. Cruise port is about 10 minutes away. Nice pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Overall a very nice hotel. Worth the price. Only downside is valet parking for $40 per day.

This is my third visit to this hotel, but my first after the rebranding as Accor. The staff was diligent and friendly. The only glitch was a sudden leakage off the toilet tank, but that got taken care of very quickly.
