The location is features a whole floor of art gallery space. Metropole Restaurant was very good. Service was very helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Walkable to all of downtown Cincinnati and OTR. Only complaint is blackout blinds are bad in the morning. Self serve laundromat would be a nice addition.

Once I walked through the front doors which were a bit obscure to find, everything was super….front desk staff, room, restaurant and the wonderful art galleries. I left feeling like the hotel experience alone was worth the trip to Cincinnati

The hotel is beautiful. The guest rooms are tastefully appointed, and conference areas were nice. The hotel is a dead zone though and most of my party had no cell service through our stay. The hotel was also quite cold, and the food served for breakfast and lunch was mediocre. But it is a beautiful location and the staff was pleasant.
