The Staff at reception were lovely. Our room was nice. Bathroom, small but nice; the only problem was there was only an overhead rain shower which wasn't helpful when trying not to get my hair wet. I was told my someone in another room that they also had a hand held shower but my room didn't? Breakfast was good. My only complaint is I wanted just hot water out of the machine but it came out brown..... staff were helpful though, they got me hot water from the kitchen. Hotel still being refurbished so corridors look a bit outdated. Overall a good stay and I would recommend it

Brilliant hotel I stay here a lot can say the staff are fantastic especially Shishka and Alison , so friendly and welcoming mKe the stay more enjoyable as they have excellent customer service, rooms are lovely, internet is fast , parking is great helps having a rear access to the car park walking distance to everywhere nice walk down the embankment will always stay here!!

I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The shower was beautiful. My room door 501 was very stiff and needed a hard push/ pull to ensure that it closed. But that was the only slight inconvenience. I would definitely stay again.

Poor first impression on entrance, untidy and people begging on steps of hotel? Waited 20 minutes to checkin as group arrived together, only one person on checkin at probably busiest checkin time? Corridors to the room cluttered and well worn, appeared dirty. Accept work being carried out in hotel but this should not be an excuse for this level of cleanliness. Room was good standard and acceptably clean and comfortable. I was promised my invoice would be mailed to me on checkout but 3 days later I have had to chase as still not received, poor level of service.
