No real problems - helpful staff, comfortable room. Hotel is showing signs of old age and looks a bit tatty but bedroom was clean and comfortable. We had to leave at 4 am for flight and hotel provided a packed breakfast which was good.

Professional and friendly team. Good quality room which was clean and had effective air conditioning. Despite being close to the road once the windows were shut we were not aware of traffic noise. Comprehensive breakfast choice, efficient and helpful, always ensuring buffet was well stocked.

We recently enjoyed a family (lots of us, 90+) mini-break at The Harlow Hotel, a great time was had by all. I would like to commend all the staff, in particular:- Sarah on reception, Kellie, Samantha and Courtenay for the girls and Dan and Max for the boys in the events/catering/bar team. I know everyone was extremely pleased and happy with the service, food and courtesy provided, so much so that we're planning to do it all again the same time next year. Congratulations and well done to all The Team, well done!

Satisfactory. Didn't have my full booking details for the 3 rooms I had booked when checking in. I had requested a ground floor room, as close to reception as possible, as I have difficulty walking. Yet I was given a room, almost as far from reception as possible.

Although the price is reasonable the room I was in 215 was a bit dated and not that clean. Stains on the carpet and bedding are not that appealing when you stay away with work. However the food in the bar was very tasty and the wifi also very good.

We had everything we needed, room was cool which was essential as it was 38 degrees that day. Room clean, reception friendly and helpful. Room service food was very good. No phone in room is the only area to improve.

Made me pay £85 for 12 hours stay, I’d already paid for 2 nights over the internet which they said wasn’t on there records. Got refunded but still after a 3 and half hour drive, wasn’t very impressed bout the service when I arrived. But very satisfied with the service the next day when they sorted everything out. Beds very uncomfortable, would not stay again.

I use the Harlow Hotel because it is affordable and convenient for work in the area. I have used it several times now because the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the bar food is good, the pool is nice to have, and above all because the staff are lovely.

We regularly use Accor hotels in UK and Europe. We found this hotel somewhat tired. Bedroom carpets very soiled. Had to ask for duvet to be replaced as the filling was gathered in lumps and bare in other places. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The rooms were spacey, with air con, reasonable bathroom, TV was limited and the remote didn't work well, people were friendly. With a little upgrade this could be an excellent hotel . Could be great for business travellers.
