I would like reimbursement of my stay in this hotel… It is unbelievable: the bed was full of hair and also small particules of who knows what. In addition the room was really smelly… I have taken pictures When I am going for business trips or vacation I usually go to Ibis because of its high quality of clean room . THIS WAS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE here Please sent me the email for complaint and reimbursement. I will also sent the pictures of this horrible bed . This is UNACCEPTABLE

Found the staff pleasant on arrival and the room was comfortable and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. However I was expecting to receive a copy of the invoice, via e-mail but this has yet to arrive

clean room that was big enough, well decorated - let down by fact hairdryer didn't work, it smelt a but musty and the air con meant the room was either too hot or too cold
