We like the location, quiet neighborhood, infront of a huge Carrefour Supermarket, 10 mins walk to Nice Requier train station, 18 mins walk to Nice Old Town

Rooms are good and facilities inside the room are also acceptable. Laundry is available in the lobby and staff were helpful. Location is close to require train station and carrefour hypermarket. Totally a good choice for families but a little bit old. They don’t charge anything inside the room when it finished.

Asked for a room on a top floor facing Cimiez hills but got a room on 3Rd floor in the back facing nothing but 4 sides of apartments with no view and no privacy. Worse thing is it is pretty much impossible to cook on the electric cooking stove as it takes 30 minutes just to boil water and that was after the maintenance man showed us how to best use the stove. Not good.
