Usually F1 are good for late arrivals, with key access codes being sent by email or SMS ahead of arrival. When we arrived at 00:00 at the hotel, the reception was closed and no access had been given for the keys. There were signs that mentioned pushing the intercom to call the staff, but that did not work. The phone number in the email didn't work and just redirected us to the website. The Live chat on the website was unmanned and provided no answers, during the 20 minutes or so while we were trying to summon someone. Eventually as we were considering leaving to find somewhere else, another guest arrived and spotted a contradictory sign that requested to call a phone number. This summoned the person to come down and unlock the key cards from the outdoor card holders. The breakfast in the morning was a poor selection even for an F1. The orange juice dispenser poured so slowly it took 2 minutes to get a 1/2 glass. There was only sliced bread when we arrived, but no toaster. We had to get the toaster out from under the counter, unplug the water dispenser and plug the toaster in balanced on the edge of the counter. It required two hands to push the button and stop the thing toppling off the edge. The lady confirmed that they don't usually use it as the lead wasn't long enough. Obviously not a problem solver and obviously didn't care about customer service. Next time we will book the Novotel around the corner.

Good location for a quick overnight stay with some amenities near by. Staff very friendly and helpful. Family room (for 4) very small an a bit smelly , beds not really comfortable, dirty floor.

Cramped rooms - over priced

Our stay started poorly with a rude receptionist and then things didn’t get any better with the room. Hairs found in the sheets, broken door hooks, thin mattresses and a very cramped room. Not worth the €100 we had to pay.

Good location, bit dated

Cheap room, comfy & clean, good location. A bit tired, needs new decor. Plumbing smell from drains in en-suite strong and unpleasant.

Great stopover

The hotel was in an excellent location and easy to find. The room was clean and pleasant. We especially liked the dining area with microwave. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.
