I ve stayed at many all accor hotels. Most are very good , some are ok but Novotel 17 was bad experience. We had to wait for one hr to check in which is when i am a silver member and after online check in. The room was clean but wall dryer broken , hand wash sink blocked , i called them to fix it and i am still waiting. Bar is mostly unattended and we have to look for staff. Most staff are always on their phones. I would never return or recommend this hotel to anyone

No AC, you will choke and exhaust. Dont get trapped.

This is horrible experience to stay in this hotel. You will realise post your arrival that you are trapped. There is no AC in this hotel. As per the hotel staff its vent of air or Heater. When the outside temperature is 19 degree, the temperature inside room is 30 degree. They changed me from room to room telling we are arranging room with AC. Also there’s no service person to help you with your luggage every time they change you to another room. Service is pathetic. The worst part is you can’t sleep at all as its very hot inside with no proper ventilation. Finally they gave me a fan which is very tiny and makes noise like a machine. They agreed to refund in the middle of my stay but you won’t get a standard hotel as Paris is too costly. Trust me you will regret coming to this hotel.

Not at all a good experience , The rooms was booked thinking that AC would be working , The AC was not woking and temperature was more than 25 degrees Also the entire hotel was under renovation , I even complained the front office and they provided me a 7 inch fan which was good for nothing . Not visiting the property again

Good stay but without air conditioning

We had a good stay. Early check-in was granted and this helped a lot on day 1. The inconvenience was the air conditioning that was broken. We notified the hotel but the only option was to change to another room. And since the hotel was full, we would have to pack everything, leave at the reception and at night we would be at another room. That was inconvenient for us and we decided to stay at the same room.
