Good stay with an upgrade to a suite!!

The room we usually stay in was not available when we checked in at lunchtime so had lunch and a drink and then caught the train into the city. The train station is a short 7 minute walk from the hotel. Upon our return several hours later we were told the room wasn’t available as the current guest had requested a very late checkout, so were allocated another on same floor. Unfortunately we encountered a leaking sink in the bathroom. We were therefore relocated to a lovely suite. Many thanks to Tiffany for sorting this out!! We’ve stayed here dozens of times and know many of the staff. The beds are super comfy and we always have a great sleep and wake to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Thanks to F&B staff, Anna at lunchtime and Raza? and his staff at breakfast!! Look forward to our next stay!!

Stayed here after flying in late. Great service on reception and bar staff. 1st night of mew menu. Squid was different in that it was charred grilled. Very nice. Really enjoyed it. BFast was a buffet with good selection fruit was so fresh. Great Barista coffee.
