well located, the price is reasonable

we check in late at night, after a long drive. We came with 2 kids 4 yrs and 2 yrs and so we brought cooler box to bring few boxes of fresh milk for them. once we enter the room, we put the fresh milk in the fridge straightaway and go to sleep. The following day all of our fresh milk were gone bad. and it was because the fridge is not working. we end up have to go to supermarket to hunt for fresh milk. we realize that it was partly our mistake not to ensure if the fridge is working properly, due to fatigue and that we stayed in Accor hotel, thus all is suppose to be in order. However the best thing is that when we checked out, my wife said to the receptionist that the fridge is not working, and the answer was that the fridge is only for storage (itu kan hanya untuk simpan barang bu), thus it is not cold. that was an absurd answer we ever have from a hotel reception. other thing is that though we are gold member of accor, we don't receive complimentary welcome drink. but it is indeed a small matter. no complain on anything else, but you should educate your receptionist and also to ensure that all equipment in the room are working properly.

Really Worth It!

Everything about Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama is really worth it to try. Nice room+hotel ambience with great decor and facilities especially for the cuisine. In my opinion, I suggest if you liked to stay here, try to consider stay in full package (room+breakfast)

Good Place, Good Taste of food

I have stayed with Family. The hotel is located in the center of Surabaya. The staff is very nice and helpful. But the head shower was not running. You need to ask for some toilet facilities. The food at the restaurant was very nice. Overall, it was nice to stay here. thank u. One thing need to improve, the staff promised us for connecting room, but they provided separated room for my fam.

It is actually really nice, the service is top and all of the staffs are so kind they help US with everything. Of course the room is very comfortable to sleep in, the facilities are all great, the pool is large and there's trees that protect us from the heat. Overall, it is a great experience
