The service at front desk was good. I found breakfast to be extremely oily and the selection was not as great as other Ibis hotels that I have stayed at

I have stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were spacious, staff was extremely friendly and supportive and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed the 6 nights stay there and will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I am going to be in Melbourne.

Staff Communication was very poor and few employees were very rude
