The hotel was very good and convenient and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and nice. Thank you Novotel Island, Eve, Kalid and Restaurant personnel were very kind and nice. Metro station was nearby so the whole city is easily reachable.

Great hotel, great value good for family and kids friendly. Location. Is very convinient. Clean rooms. Staff was so good specially the lady at reception named Ishani ,regarding good tours and safari hardik from travel desk was so helpful. Overall was a great experience. Most recommend.

Couldn’t understand why coffee was removed from the room for sustainability reasons. Pillows are a disaster as well

I visited Novotel once again this time for staying and conducting a conference. Two years back when I stayed there, I had a very bad experience. The front office staff was very ill mannered at that time and I had given a strong feedback. The manager had written an answer to my negative feedback and assured that they have now changed. I decided to take a chance and stay again. This time too I decided upon holding the conference here. To my dismay, nothing has changed. The same lethargy while addressing room service issues. Same lame answers. When you ask for anything, the person who picks up the phone says, I have informed the concerned. But nothing happens. No one takes accountability. At checkout, the person addressed me directly with my name without saying Mr. I corrected the guy. His tone changed and he said that if he was outside the hotel, he would have spoken the same with me. I then asked him why no one was sent for my luggage, he said that he is not the owner of the hotel. This was very unprofessional.
