We had a meeting room for two days and I stayed one night. The food was amazing when we were having our meetings and service was fantastic. I would suggest the screens In The meeting rooms. It seemed very high. Also in our room the material over the desk tables was nice but not really functional, we couldn’t sit well at the tables for a long day of meetings. Couldn’t put your legs under very well and stretch out. Also feel the seats were uncomfortable after a few hours in the meetings. Exceptional service and snacks and food. Thank you. Hope we are there for our next sales meetings.

Had an issue with the room smelling very musty. U fortunately the hotel could not do anything to switch rooms as they were fully booked. However they did someone to turn off the heating and deodorize the space

Brutal. Our hairdryer caught fire in our room when our daughter was drying her hair. No fire alarm went off , our room smelt like burning plastic and was smokey and nobody from the hotel asked us if we wanted to change our room that evening. They came and took out our hair dryer and left us a portable one. It was horrible trying to sleep with that smell and cloud of smoke. They credited us breakfast sorry that isn't compensation . And I would love to know why a fire alarm wouldnt go off

Quiet, nice stay for work meeting

was here for a two day meeting - check in was friendly and efficient, they even shredded my work material for me - thank you. room is large, though more lighting would be nice. good bathroom and comfy beds. hotel is quiet, food during meeting was beyond expectations. touch light switch next to bed was excellent. one towel had holes - but that's ok as there were other towels. was hoping to have had body lotion and containers for plastic bottle recycling. good desk and chairs and table. tv is slow to change channels. pillows are comfy. OH and very conveniently located across Vaughan mills mall - huge mall - within a 10 minute walk. very quiet and empty area
